00:41However, the Department of Public Works and Highways has already closed the bridge for the safety of the motorists.
00:48In addition to the DPWH in Davao, motorists in Mana, Tikolon, Sitio Malawai, and Mercilino may cross the bridge while the construction of the Lais Bridge continues.
01:00Meanwhile, based on the data of the Office of the Civil Defense Davao,
01:04877 families or 3,069 individuals were affected by the flooding in three barangays in Malita,
01:13where 205 families are in evacuation centers.
01:18The Davao Occidental Provincial Government immediately sent help.
01:23As of now, residents continue to be warned, especially those who live in low-income areas,
01:29because they are still experiencing a bad time.
