01:56a recommendation will be issued to President Ferdinand R. Marquez Jr.

02:01to help fight price abuse as a Christmas gift to the Filipinos.

02:07Some of my customers admitted that

02:10lowering the price of rice will have a big effect on their income

02:16but they are prepared to accept it

02:18as long as there is a sufficient supply of rice in the market.
