QUINN and Alex have been together since 2017, they met when Quinn was a dancer and Alex was her customer. The couple both say their connection was instant. To Quinn's joy, Alex returned to the club 3 months later and she asked him to take her for a private dance... The pair talked and they bonded over their shared career passions – at the time Quinn was a PhD candidate in medical science, and Alex was working towards his GP fellowship. They quickly realised they had much more in common than met the eye. As their connection grew, Alex wanted to see Quinn outside the club. They discovered their feelings for each other were real. They moved in together in January 2018, got engaged within a year and married a year later in November 2019. During that time, Alex finished his GP fellowship and Quinn completed her PhD, although she decided not to pursue an academic career in favour of continuing to work in the adult industry. She started an OnlyFans account and Alex helped her from the beginning. Once it took off, Quinn was earning tens of thousands of dollars a week online. The couple say it didn’t make sense for Alex to keep working as a doctor so he quit his job as a GP to be Quinn's full-time assistant. The couple now run a successful management company. Quinn says a lot of her friends that are in the adult industry passed judgement saying “you're dating a customer?!” Alex's friends also warned him to be careful and warned him off Quinn saying "she is a stripper, they go for doctors". Alex says his relationship with Quinn has affected his relationship with his family who struggle to accept what she does for a living. The couple have no regrets, they describe their initial encounter at the strip club as fate.

00:00I'm Quinn and this is my partner, Alex.
00:02I quit my job as a doctor to become my wife's PA.
00:05Quinn is a spicy content creator.
00:08Quinn wears the pants in our relationship.
00:10I'm very bossy and I have a very strong personality.
00:12It's the Quinn Show.
00:13When we met, I was a dancer and Alex was a doctor.
00:17People thought of me as a gold digger.
00:20It will never work.
00:21She's used to people throwing money at her.
00:24One of the hardest reactions that we've ever dealt with
00:27was Alex's mum.
00:29There's a lot of work into becoming a doctor.
00:32So for you to kick it to the curb,
00:35I didn't see this as your future.
00:38When I met her, it actually was the stuff of heart attacks.
00:44Alex does all sorts of things for me.
00:47I see him as like my personal problem solver.
00:49Like anytime I have a problem,
00:50I tell him my problem and he just sorts it out.
00:52Quinn wears the pants in our relationship
00:55at the end of the day.
00:56But sometimes Alex does make more decisions than me.
01:00I think I make a lot of the decisions
01:02with what you want in mind.
01:05We first met when Quinn was working as a dancer
01:08in a club in Melbourne.
01:10And Alex was a customer.
01:12I met so many people through work.
01:15And to be honest, looking back on it,
01:17I realised that I was kind of subconsciously
01:20looking for someone that I would eventually marry.
01:24He was really tall and attractive.
01:27We've been together for seven years, married for five.
01:30We do get a lot of judgement for our relationship.
01:32When we met, Alex was a doctor
01:34and a lot of people thought of me as a gold digger.
01:37Imagine how many laps she went through
01:39before finding her soulmate lap.
01:42It will never work.
01:43She's used to people throwing money at her.
01:46I never really felt jealous about other men seeing her
01:49when she was at work.
01:50I knew she was mine.
01:52He lost all his hair from the excitement.
01:54I did lose my hair about a year into our relationship.
01:56So why serve society as a doctor
01:59when you can make a bank in a spicy content industry?
02:02No one really says it all.
02:04One of the hardest reactions that we've ever dealt with
02:08was actually from Alex's mum.
02:10She definitely didn't want us to get married.
02:13Her opinion and belief was based on, you know,
02:16me working in the adult industry
02:18and I can't take that back and I wouldn't want to.
02:21I'm actually really proud of my work in this industry
02:23and proud of what I've achieved.
02:24Those opinions were already made before she even met you.
02:27Yeah, exactly.
02:28That's the really hard thing.
02:29There was nothing that could be done to change that.
02:31At the end of the day, I'm gonna side with her.
02:34We're gonna call my mum today
02:35to have a chat with her about our relationship.
02:38I'm nervous about speaking to Alex's mum today.
02:40Hey, mum.
02:41Hey.
02:42Hi, how are you guys?
02:43Good to see you.
02:44Good to see you too, mum.
02:46How are you?
02:46I like your hair.
02:48This is a new colour.
02:50Yeah, it's a new colour.
02:51It's my natural colour, thank you.
02:52Alex has gone back to nature.
02:54Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha.
02:57I've got my-
02:58Like he was born.
02:59My only option.
03:02I think I was born with more hair than this, wasn't I?
03:05When you first met Quinn,
03:06what were your thoughts and what were you worried about?
03:08Well, when I met her actually was the best thing
03:12because before I met her was the stuff of heart attacks,
03:17but she speaks well, presents well.
03:20She's intelligent.
03:22This was my concerns, really.
03:24I have a PhD, by the way.
03:27Just want to get that out there.
03:28I actually am also a doctor.
03:30I have a PhD in medical research,
03:33which, you know, is pretty significant,
03:35but everybody likes to overlook that
03:37and just call me a dancer.
03:39PhD salaries are so terribly low
03:42that she generally couldn't afford to live.
03:44So she started doing that
03:46and then found she actually preferred it
03:47to working in a lab
03:49and transitioned fully into that career
03:50once she finished her PhD.
03:52I didn't see this as your future.
03:55Yeah.
03:56I didn't see a business and, you know, success
03:59and then you giving up work and becoming an assistant.
04:04So how did you feel when I told you
04:06that I'd stopped working as a doctor altogether?
04:10I mean, you're an intelligent guy.
04:12You're super smart
04:13and you wouldn't have taken that decision lightly.
04:18So,
04:22it's fine.
04:23I mean, that's your path.
04:24That's what you chose to do.
04:25There's a lot of work into becoming a doctor, so.
04:29Yeah.
04:30Well, you're both doctors, so it's basically.
04:33Yeah.
04:34Yeah.
04:35She's more a doctor than you.
04:36She's more a doctor than me, yeah.
04:38I decided to quit my job as a doctor
04:40because at a certain point,
04:42it just didn't make sense anymore.
04:44I was going to work and working for a wage
04:47and it just wasn't enough to justify the time
04:51that I could have been spending helping Quinn.
04:53I was basically wasting time and money
04:56by going to work as a doctor.
04:57So for about three years,
04:59Alex and I have been running Blue Rose Talent together,
05:03which is a management agency
05:05that helps spicy content creators.
05:07People hear that Alex works for me
05:10and they assume that I'm like controlling
05:13or that I mistreat him or, you know,
05:16I've kind of forced him into this.
05:18So Quinn bought me this car for my birthday
05:20this year, actually, top of the line.
05:23It's probably the best birthday present I've ever gotten.
05:26She definitely spoils me quite often.
05:28Before that, I was the primary breadwinner
05:30and suddenly she was like,
05:32oh, okay, I've actually got to do this.
05:34It's all on me now.
05:35It was a lot more pressure.
05:36You put a lot of work in that
05:38and for you to kick it to the curb,
05:40I'm sure you thought about it a lot, so.
05:43I did.
05:44So how do you feel about us as a couple now,
05:47all these years later?
05:48I think you're strong together.
05:50I think you compliment each other.
05:53I think Quinn needs to tolerate a lot
05:57because, you know, the easiest and simplest guy.
06:00It seems to work for you guys.
06:02I mean, this is the business you do together, yeah.
06:05Live together, work together.
06:07I couldn't do that.
06:10Like, it's a lot.
06:11It is a lot.
06:13All right, thanks, Mum.
06:14Thanks.
06:15Thanks so much for this call.
06:17If you're in any way associated with the adult industry,
06:20people are always going to have things to say.
06:22No one ever takes us seriously when we say,
06:24oh yeah, we have a business.
06:25They're like, oh yeah,
06:26you're in the spicy content industry, that doesn't count.
06:29As Quinn's PA, you never really know
06:31what I'm going to be doing on a given day.
06:33Some days I'm editing content,
06:35some days I'm organising schedules,
06:37chasing things up,
06:38chasing her up to get to work and make content,
06:41which is a large part of my job.
06:43We train every day.
06:44I am definitely Quinn's personal trainer,
06:47as well as her PA.
06:48He's living the dream.
06:49That is the dream, honestly.
06:52Well, it's your dream.
06:53It's definitely my dream.
06:54It's not everyone's dream.
06:56Quinn has changed my life for the better in every way.
07:00Like, I can't point to one part of my life
07:02that she hasn't made better.
07:04I just feel like my life's complete now.
07:06He makes me so happy.
07:08You know, I know that he's always there for me
07:10and I never really have to worry about anything.
07:14We're a team and everything we do, we do together.
07:17He's such a sweetie
07:19and he's a really good dad to our dogs.
07:22What I love the most?
07:24I genuinely can't point to one thing.
07:25I love everything about her,
07:27even the things that are really annoying.
07:30I love everything about Alex.
07:32He's just my other half.
07:34To all the haters out there,
07:37we really don't care.
07:38We're happy.
07:40We're in love.
07:41So how about mind your own business?
07:43If we're happy with each other,
07:45then who cares about the rest?
