Thousands without water in Hampshire

Thousands of people in Hampshire have been left without water for a second day following a fault at a Southern Water supply works, with residents seen queuing to get bottled water. The water company said it had now fixed the problem at the Testwood Water Supply Works and water will gradually be restored to the 58,000 properties affected.
