00:00Aston Villa have had a fantastic rise under Unai Emery, the way they've been in the Champions
00:09League has been fantastic to see. In terms of their squad in general, he obviously likes
00:15quite a small squad and likes to give chances to young players as well. Obviously the obvious
00:22John Duran only 20 is making an unbelievable mark at Aston Villa. You've got Amadou Unana
00:28only 23 as well, he's got a lot more to show and clearly he's shown that at more of the top level
00:33where with Everton in that sort of bottom half it was more scrappy and you don't get as much time
00:38on the ball for example. So he's sort of come into his forefront and then you have the obvious
00:42Morgan Rodgers who's been quite unbelievable really and a massive rise and the sort of
00:47latest villain to go on and get an England appearance. So who sort of stands out as the
00:51best youngster? Well I think two of the ones you mentioned have definitely got to be up there,
00:56John Duran scoring goals for fun. I don't think I've ever seen someone with such raw talent in
01:02terms of striking the ball, his technique is remarkable. He just shoots from wherever he
01:06fancies. You know that tactic on Football Manager, you press the shoot on sight button,
01:11that is basically John Duran. The way he strikes that ball is incredible and he scores some
01:16beautiful goals. He doesn't tend to miss the target by much when he does miss and he can quite
01:20often pick out the top corner. So what an entertaining player he is and just imagine
01:25once Unai Emery crafts him a little bit more into the style of play with his hold-up play,
01:29he could soon take over that striking position from Olly Watkins which I don't think many people
01:34would have expected before the start of this season. Morgan Rodgers as you mentioned as well,
01:39coming in from Middlesbrough last January, we thought maybe he might be a bit more of a bench
01:44option that could rotate in here and there in the cup competitions but he absolutely blew everyone
01:49away within a week or two. He's been one of Emery's guaranteed starters so far this season,
01:55no matter what the competition is. A lot of people saying that he should be having a rest
02:00considering he's best when he's powering against defenders and got a lot of energy but
02:04he's so important that he hasn't really had that rest and so another one that's really broken
02:09through. Kostan Adelkovic, an 18-year-old right back, we've not seen much of him yet but where
02:15Villa are quite light on the right-hand side of the fence, I think we will see a little bit more
02:19of him. He's a Serbian international already, we've seen the odd appearance in the cup competitions
02:24and then off the bench in the Champions League as well. Maybe lacking a little bit with his
02:28positional awareness but that's to be expected with such a young player but going forward,
02:33I'm very excited by what I see. He's powerful, he's quick and he can swing in a good cross as
02:38well so Ezra Konza has been filling in at right back plenty but then Adelkovic could potentially
02:43take over that baton at some point and then Louis Barry, a quick mention for him,
02:4714 goals in League One so far this season on loan at Stockport County. Potentially,
02:52could be recalled this January but I don't see him being at Villa until maybe the summer but
02:56one that could potentially break through following his Barcelona days.
