00:00Look, if we talk about changes or nothing has changed, I don't say that nothing has changed.
00:10A lot has changed, the government has changed, I don't know what all has changed.
00:16If nothing has changed, then crime and security with our women.
00:22Nothing has changed with women.
00:26Crime is still the same.
00:29We collect crime data.
00:33That in 2000, this much happened in 2024, in 2001 this much happened, in 2022 this much happened.
00:40But why don't we collect this?
00:43Who got punished this year?
00:48How many got punished?
00:50Who got justice?
00:52So if we talk about women's security and justice, then we are somewhere in 2012.
00:59In fact, the situation has become worse.
01:03It is happening in a wrong way.
01:05Because now it is not understood whether anyone got justice or not.
01:11Because if a clean case does not come forward, crime happens, the girls die.
01:20But our police or our system is not able to decide who has committed the crime.
01:27Look at the situation in Kolkata.
01:30He was also supposed to come in this program today.
01:33But two criminals got released.
01:37He is under so much pressure that he could not come.
01:41After all, someone killed the girl.
01:45Someone committed a crime with her.
01:48For two months, four months, there was a discussion, a demonstration, and he was released.
01:55There are many people in front of you.
01:58Someone has been struggling for 12 years, someone for 10 years, someone for 8 years.
02:03And no one is getting justice.
02:05I have come to the channel a thousand times.
02:17I have come to the discussion a thousand times.
02:19The same thing happens.
02:21Parents did not give education.
02:24Parents did not give education.
02:27But the one who committed the crime should be punished.
02:32So here the criminal becomes a victim.
02:37And the victim becomes a criminal.
02:40That he took up a case.
02:42He raised his voice against them.
02:45Today we see that the girl was fighting for justice.
02:49She has been shot.
02:52Where will she go in life? How will she go?
02:55What will she do?
02:57I would like to say that from now on, whether it is the state government or the criminal government,
03:04work on this.
03:06And our girls get justice.
03:08And they get security.
03:10I would say that there is a shortage in the system.
03:14There is a shortage in the system because you talk about it.
03:18Doctors did so much demonstration.
03:21How many established it?
03:24What did you get?
03:26The girl lost her life.
03:28So far, no one has been able to say that they did it or what happened.
03:35No one knew.
03:37There is a female chief minister.
03:39But still a girl will not get justice.
03:42That parent will not get justice.
03:44It seems.
03:46When no one is caught, where will you get it from?
03:50Whenever there is a case, a law is made.
03:53Or a bill is made.
03:57A committee is made for investigation.
04:01But what happens?
04:03This is the same time.
04:05This is also a matter or a bill is also made until people are aware.
04:10They keep on doing demonstrations.
04:12Or they keep on raising their voice.
04:16In the end, everything is over.
04:19So somewhere,
04:21if everything is fine,
04:25the government is making a bill,
04:27the court is listening,
04:29the police are doing their job,
04:31then why is this happening?
04:32If the incident is happening,
04:34then where are the criminals?
04:35Why are the criminals not being caught?
04:37So somewhere,
04:39our whole system,
04:41administration, court,
04:43we will say that the system does not work with honesty.
04:47What is the use of studying?
04:49It should be thrown in the garbage.
04:51Today, no one is asking,
04:53throw it in the garbage.
04:55I remember.
04:57Whether I see it or not,
04:59where will it end?
05:01It will go with me for the rest of my life.
05:05But with this,
05:07the one who has it,
05:09the one who has it in the family,
05:11the one who has it with the children,
05:13he struggles all his life.
05:15So today this incident happened,
05:17tomorrow another will happen.
05:19Yes, I would like to say that
05:21whether it is the central government
05:23or the state government,
05:25the way it is discussed on every issue,
05:27whether it is the government or the opposition,
05:29even on this,
05:31moving away from the issues,
05:33moving away from the issues,
05:35on this,
05:37everyone should get together,
05:39sit on this,
05:41have a meeting,
05:43and make a law
05:45for the safety
05:47of the children.
05:49Do anything
05:51so that the children
05:53are safe in our country.
05:55Today, the crime that has happened
05:57with the children,
05:59the families, the parents,
06:01the children,
06:03there are still many people
06:05who are suffering
06:07in front of you all.
06:09They should get justice.
06:11Everything is changing.
06:13Everything is getting better.
06:15So you should also work on this.
06:17And for the safety of the women
06:19and the children,
06:21make a law
06:23or work on it actively
06:25so that our children
06:27are safe.
06:29Governments will come and go,
06:31they have come and gone in 12 years.
06:33But until you
06:35enter the system and work,
06:37nothing will happen.
06:39Whatever is happening today,
06:41the people of such mentality
06:43are fearless.
06:45They have no fear.
06:47Because they know that we will do anything.
06:49In 2-4 days, the police will be lost.
06:51If caught, they will go to jail,
06:53to the police station, they will be released.
06:55Because they know that
06:57nothing will happen.
06:59Because there is a lack of administration on this.
07:01Until our administration, our system
07:03is not strong,
07:05there will be no work on it,
07:07our children will not be safe.
07:09I have seen that this has been happening
07:11for 12 years. Whenever an incident happens,
07:13a new law is made,
07:15a new committee is made,
07:17lights are installed everywhere.
07:19Then after 4 days,
07:21another incident happens.
07:23Then I would like to say
07:25that talking
07:27is a different thing.
07:29Meeting is a different thing.
07:31And working in the system
07:33is a different thing.
07:35In Delhi,
07:37we know it very well.
07:39There is nothing
07:41for the victims.
07:43The victim is just a crime.
07:45Now the government
07:47believes that they will be punished.
07:49And they will get justice.
07:51This will not happen.
07:53So we would like Delhi
07:55to be changed into a jail.
