Nice pump out set with 63¾kg. Remember, My hands are on the smooth area so gripping is not fun! Enjoyed getting a good rhythm. Being brought up with Power Pulls in High School made Sumo Deadlifts much easier to learn. How so?
The ONLY way to get a good weight up to the chin is by making the knees & Hips work together. MOST of the time, l see people turn Sumo Deadlifts into a Straight Leg Deadlift aka legs locked out too soon. A couple of weeks of these, and you'll see a BIG difference on your Sumo Deadlifts.
