00:00The Supreme Court has now released the results of the bar examinations for 2024.

00:06And this year, the passing grade of the examinations was adjusted.

00:10That's why the number of passers-by increased.

00:21She is one of the lucky ones to pass the 2024 bar exam.

01:08The Supreme Court Associate Justice Mario V. Lopez asked for an apology

01:12for the delay of the results of the bar exam.

01:15I apologize for the delay, but the delay is worth a sacrifice

01:23because that delay caused the adjustment of the grade

01:30so that there will be more lawyers who will pass the bar exam.

01:37From 75%, the passing rate was made to 74%

01:41because of this, the bar passers reached 37.84%

01:45or equivalent to 3,962 new lawyers.

01:49First in the 2024 Bar Exam is Kyle Christian Tutor from University of the Philippines.

01:55Top 2 is Maria Cristina Aniceto from Ateneo de Manila University.

01:59Top 3 is Gerald Rojas from Angeles University Foundation.

02:03Top 4 is John Phillip Chua from University of the Philippines.

02:06Top 5 is Jet Ryan Nicholas from University of the Philippines.

02:10Top 6 also came from UP.

02:12Ateneo de Manila University is in the top 7.

02:15University of Mindanao is in the top 8.

02:17Mindanao State University is in the top 9.

02:19And San Beda University is in the top 10.

02:21Meanwhile, the oath-taking ceremony and signing of the role of attorneys

02:25will be held on January 24, 2025 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.
