00:00And things will get worse. Next Friday, when the general product service regulations come
00:06into force, many small suppliers will simply stop supplying because of the bureaucratic
00:16burden that is going to be placed upon them. We already have so many items. If you go to
00:24buy it online, it will pop up as not available in Northern Ireland. Why is that? Because
00:33the small suppliers from GB find it impossible to handle the burden of bureaucracy. So they
00:43simply say, we're not supplying to Northern Ireland. And that is something which frustrates
00:51so many people in Northern Ireland. When you go to order something, it's not available
00:57in Northern Ireland. It's a huge frustration for many, including, I might say, Mrs. Alastair,
01:04who, like many other women, wants to order things and finds it not available in Northern
01:12Ireland. How would honourable members of this House from Great Britain feel if it constantly
01:18popped up as not available in Scotland, not available in Wales, not available in England?
01:23Wouldn't they be asking why? And when they asked why and got the answer, it's something
01:28called the protocol. Why would they then continue to be enthusiasts for the very thing that's
01:34blocking their consumers from getting the supplies they need? That is a practical issue.
