Pepperdine students fleeing campus as Franklin Fire made its way to Malibu

Thousands of folks in Malibu, including students and staff at Pepperdine University, were issued evacuation orders as the Franklin Fire advanced toward the area.

"Here’s footage of us leaving Pepperdine’s campus as the Franklin Fire approached Malibu," the filmer, Michael, told WooGlobe. "This was captured just before the university enacted its shelter-in-place protocol, showing the scene during the evacuation process."
