00:08Among the budgeted 700 million pesos of the Office of the Vice President,

00:14less than half of the 2 billion pesos they are asking for is in the hands of the Camera.

00:22The interpolations of the proposed budget on the Office of the Vice President is hereby terminated.

00:29The discussion on the proposed budget of the Office of the Vice President for the next year has been terminated by the Camera.

00:35The budget approved by the OVP is 733 million pesos based on the recommendation of the Committee on Appropriations.

00:42The fund raised from the 2 billion pesos originally requested by the OVP was transferred to another agency.

00:49These agencies will be the one to implement this program according, Mr. Chair,

00:55to the arrangement and the mechanism that the Office of the Vice President would enter into.

00:59But what did ACT Teachers Party List Representative Franz Castro think?

01:03The fund is just for the salary that the OVP should give.

01:07The 733 million pesos that will be raised in the budget of the Office of the Vice President is still big.

01:15We don't know where it will be used, where the fund will be used.

01:20The proposed budget of the Office of the Vice President is P529,593,700.

01:29House Speaker Martin Romualdez said that he will understand the failure of some lawmakers.

01:35But he will agree with the rumors that the OVP will be reduced or given a zero budget.

01:41In the manifestation of Camarena Su, Representative Gabriel Bordado,

01:44he compared the fund requested by Duterte to the fund of former Vice President Lenny Robredo which is only P700 million.
