00:05So Alison, you've been such a huge part in making this calendar go ahead as the main sponsor.
00:10Why did you want to sponsor this calendar for the ladies?
00:14Basically because I'm really, really passionate about the fact that the Hospice isn't just that building where you go to die.
00:23There are just so many other services within the Hospice that support ladies and men that are living with cancer
00:31and so when it was pitched to me, the idea that was pitched to me, I just wanted to get it out there
00:40because I'm just really, really passionate for people to understand that there's just so many things available in the Hospice for people
00:47and it was just really to publicise that.
00:50And what's been the best bit for you as being this calendar sponsor?
00:55I guess really the fact that the journey that these ladies have been through and are still going through
01:04has absolutely slashed their self-confidence and self-esteem
01:12but then I just love the fact that when you get a bunch of women together, look what can happen.
01:19I just love it. I just love the fact you get a bunch of women together and just look what happens.
01:24And how's the customers, family, friends reacted to the calendar?
01:29They loved it. Absolutely loved it.
01:32Clients are buying three and four calendars a time.
01:35The response has been utterly incredible.
01:39The fact that they're just so brave, so courageous, so inspirational.
01:46Yeah, the response has been phenomenal.
01:49Excellent. And you've got Card Spot coming up next year in February.
01:52What are you most looking forward to for next year's event?
01:56Lots of things really. Again, building on the services that are available within the Hospice
02:04that people maybe don't understand and don't realise.
02:09So actually promoting that.
02:13Paying tribute to Sandra, which is going to be a tough one.
02:17But ultimately, the stories again are just going to blow people away.
02:24And the love and the support in the room, I just can't wait to be a part of it again.
