00:00This is clearly a very challenging situation. About three million properties have been given the red alert warning with some advice to keep themselves safe.
00:08Everything from keeping your mobile phone charged, to having a torch, to making sure if you've got specialist medical equipment, you've got specific provisions in place around that.
00:17We do have this morning a number of properties without power. National Grid is responding to those properties and is on standby for any further challenges that we see.
00:25But we just need people to follow the advice, stay inside when they can, keep themselves safe.
