00:00Time management, clock management,
00:07those things have been a big part of my career
00:09since I was a high school coach.
00:11So one of the first things that Thomas and I talked about
00:14was how to streamline that and to make it smoother.
00:18So we've talked about that.
00:19We went through the process of trying
00:21how we're going to simulate that in the game
00:23and trying to get that to where it's not an issue,
00:26trying to be a play ahead.
00:28I think that's part of the issue
00:29is we haven't been ahead of the game.
00:31At first, my role was kind of the one to,
00:35I jumped on Caleb a couple times during,
00:38because it was like,
00:39hey, we need to get these things right
00:41within you and us seeing things the same way.
00:44And that was a learning process,
00:47all of us trying to learn each other
00:49and how we work together.
00:50And then as we've gotten to know each other,
00:53and I've known Caleb for a long time
00:55through recruiting and things like that,
00:58you kind of see how people work
00:59and how people learn best.
01:02We're going to be demanding on him.
01:04And that's part of it.
01:06Kerry's the lead.
01:07He's the one that does the practical work of it.
01:11Thomas is in there and Thomas is making sure,
01:13and Thomas is demanding.
01:16Him and I got a lot of the same personality traits
01:19as far as we want things to look a certain way.
01:22And that shows up in the way that he coaches
01:26and the way he's been working with Caleb.
01:27And I think Caleb's kind of taken to that.
