00:00Eyes up, moving forward, excited about the opportunity.
00:09This will not be a one-man show.
00:10I'm excited to kind of work and collaborate with our entire staff and our players to fix
00:14the problems that we do have.
00:16Had a great conversation yesterday with Caleb about my thoughts moving forward, issues to
00:22fix, and just had a phenomenal walkthrough.
00:25Guys were upbeat, moving around, being really detailed.
00:28So excited about practice.
00:29Yeah, I mean, I put no limitations on our success at all.
00:32The goal is to not focus as much on being perfect, but chasing excellence every single
00:37day.
00:38So that's our goal.
00:39It's our focus to prepare the right way to go play in the game.
00:42Here's what I say about fixing the problem.
00:44So it starts every day we walk in the building.
00:46What I said to the team today and to our office of staff and players is two things you control
00:51when you walk in the building.
00:52It's your effort and your attitude.
00:55So it starts there first, right?
00:56How we approach the meetings, being detailed, being locked in, and then transferring that
01:00to the actual practice field, being consistent about the walkthrough, but also making practice
01:04as hard as humanly possible so the game can somewhat become easier.
01:08So to me, that's going to be our focus, what we're locked in on.
01:10And so understanding that practice preparation always leads to game day execution.
01:14So that's our focus.
01:15I think when it comes to just natural ability from throwing the football is, I think, clearly
01:19and obvious.
01:20I think being able to understand how to get the ball out of his hands as fast as possible
01:23when it comes to the constants we kind of just end up dialing up.
01:27But also being able to let him use his natural God-given ability at times when it's relevant.
01:33Not every play, but when it comes to especially situational ball, third down, red zone, and
01:37come alive with that.
