A lawyer who drank more than a litre of wine before getting behind the wheel has been found guilty of dangerous driving causing death. In June 2021 Lauren Willgoose struck 70-year-old Anthony Walsh with her car and fled the scene. He suffered significant head injuries and died in hospital about a week later.

00:52Wilgoose will remain on home detention bail until at least February when she returns to
00:56court for sentencing submissions.
