00:20When I came there was construction from Northumbria Water, they're fixing the pipe and a few different
00:25teams from local council, they come clean all the drain and clean up the area and they're
00:31trying to get us back to normality as soon as they can.
00:35And has any water been turned off here today? Have you had the water on, has it been switched
00:38off?
00:39Yeah, we had it on but some people they didn't have it on in different areas.
00:41And has flooding been a problem before?
00:43This is not a new thing, this happens like every year.
00:46And what's the cause of it?
00:48The water, pipe. It's due to Northumbria Water.
00:51And did you suffer any problems with flooding yourself? Anything in your shop?
00:55Not. None. Nothing happened.
