00:00Three Chinese ships were monitored by the Philippine Coast Guard several times for illegally entering the Exclusive Economic Zone of the Philippines last week.
00:09This is Bonaquino.
00:14The Philippine Coast Guard showed this map of the three research vessels of China in the Philippines in more than two weeks.
00:23We were able to monitor this morning around 7.40 in the morning with a distance of 210 nautical miles east of Siargao Island, Surigao del Norte.
00:37Their names are Xiangyang Hong 3, the second one is Jiageng, and then the third one is Xiangyang Hong 10.
00:50These are outside the 200 nautical mile Exclusive Economic Zone of the Philippines.
00:55But according to the PCG, it entered the Exclusive Economic Zone of the Philippines several times.
00:59Like the ship Jiageng that entered the Exclusive Economic Zone of the Philippines on November 14,
01:02it was 200 nautical miles east of Davao Oriental, while the vessel Xiangyang Hong 10 was 200 nautical miles east of Siargao Island on November 20.
01:13Another ship, Xiangyang Hong 3, was spotted at a distance of 257 nautical miles northeast of Santa Ana, Cagayan on November 17,
01:22when the storm Pepito hit the northern Luzon.
01:26According to the PCG, the ships were moving together.
01:30It just passed by, but it never loitered.
01:33So it passed by and it loitered again.
01:36According to the Philippine Coast Guard, because only the Philippines has sovereign rights in this Exclusive Economic Zone,
01:41these foreign flag marine scientific research should ask for clearance in the Philippines.
