00:07According to a lawyer who filed a complaint, almost Php 90 million was invested by the complainants.

00:18The cases that Nery Naig is currently facing are based on the request of Dermacare to invest their clients

00:26even though the company is not authorized to solicit an investment because they are not registered

00:32and they do not have a license to sell securities.

00:35According to the lawyers of the complainants, Php 90 million was invested in Dermacare

00:41because of their trust in Miranda and others like her endorser.

00:45Under the franchise agreement, there is a guaranteed return of 12.6% per quarter within 5 years

00:52and there is no discount on the services of the clinic.

00:56In 2023, Dermacare will issue a check to issue a notice to the Securities and Exchange Commission against the company.

01:17In October 2020, Naig became a franchisee and endorser of Dermacare.
