00:25from the Department of Social Welfare and Development under the Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program.
00:32One of the recipients is Mr. Devin, who returned to the government
00:36because of the request of his family to help his siblings with their studies.
00:45The financial aid was distributed by Governor Fredenil Castro,
00:50who endorsed the DSWD to help the return of the rebels.
00:55Based on the record of the DSWD,
00:57181 ex-rebels and supporters of the CTG received financial aid under the ECLIP this year.
01:05They have no right to live peacefully.
01:10They have no right to live peacefully in the presence of their families.
01:17They have no right to live peacefully if their relatives are not with them.
01:23According to the Capiz Police Provincial Office,
01:26three rebels were arrested, 16 surrendered,
01:29and 37 militiamen withdrew their financial aid to the CTG
01:34ten months ago this year.
