00:00The local government of Ilocos Sur held a 5-day coffee festival
00:04to further promote the industry of Robusta Coffee.
00:08Details of the event were reported by Isla Villanueva of the Philippine Information Agency, Ilocos Sur.
00:15The popularity of Ilocos Robusta Coffee continues to grow,
00:19and it is becoming more popular in the country
00:21due to the successive victories of growers
00:24in the past Philippine Coffee Quality Competition.
00:27The local government of Ilocos Sur held a 5-day coffee festival
00:32from November 25 to 29 in Vigan City.
00:36The coffee painting was newly added to the festival this year
00:39and was made by students and professional painters.
00:42Brewers' competition and latte art competition were also held for baristas,
00:47sorting competition of coffee farmers,
00:50repurposing of coffee ground training, and many more.
00:53The best and finest coffee beans in the Philippines
00:57and perhaps the whole world.

01:03Coffee farmers in the province attended the opening of the event
01:07as part of the Robusta Coffee King category.
