00:00on the south side of the storm track, there will be some instability, so there
00:03will be some thunder and lightning on Thanksgiving Day for others. That's
00:06right, Jeff. To the north, we're tracking snow to the south. We're tracking
00:09storms. So here's the overall set of war. We're gonna be watching as we
00:12had throughout, not just this evening, not just Thanksgiving, but even as we
00:16head into the weekend. So we're gonna be watching this area of low pressure
00:19slowly working its way off to the east, making its way offshore here on
00:23Thanksgiving and then eventually up to the northeast to the south. We're gonna
00:27be dealing with some heavy rain and some thunderstorms. To the north, we'll
00:30be watching out for some snowfall and some much colder air being pulled in.
00:33Lows here for tonight, we're gonna see some much colder air here to the north
00:38and to the northwest. Forties tonight for Nashville, Memphis and Little Rock. Now
00:42for tonight, we're gonna see cloudy skies with the thunderstorm chances. That's
00:45gonna help moderate temperatures. Overnight lows are gonna be a mix of 50s
00:49and 60s, well above normal here for this time of year. But yes, there will be a
00:53low and severe threat here off to our southeast. As we head throughout the day
00:56on Thursday, this cold front will be kicking off another chance of showers,
01:00storms and heavy rainfall continuing. Now Florida is just going to be showing off
01:04southeast. Georgia will as well, with temperatures climbing well above normal
01:08to the 70s and 80s. Now well behind this cold front here across the southern
01:13plains, we're gonna see some very chilly air for Thanksgiving from Wichita down
01:17through Oklahoma City, even down and towards Dallas. So across the southeast
01:21for your Thanksgiving afternoon, Florida is just showing off. 80 degrees for
01:25Tampa and Orlando. Nashville will be below average with temperatures in the
01:2940s and some shower chances. Raleigh will be well above average here
01:33temperature-wise, but that comes with a threat of showers and storms here for
01:36Thanksgiving afternoon. Georgia, above average temperatures, showers and
01:40thunderstorms in the forecast. Miami, just showing off sunny skies, highs in the
01:45mid 80s. It's gonna be pretty nice. Now also for Charlotte and New Orleans, we
01:49will see temperatures above the historical averages, but that's also
01:52going to come with a shower and thunderstorm chance here for Thursday
01:55afternoon. Across the rest of the region, we'll see temperatures ranging from the
01:5840s in Tennessee to the mid 80s there for central and southern parts of
02:02Florida. Heading into Thursday night and Friday morning, that's where we're really
02:06gonna start to feel the effects of that cold front with overnight lows dipping
02:09below freezing up to the north. And then as we head into Friday, that chilly air
02:14from the southern plains is slowly going to work its way off to the east with
02:17that cold front kicking off rain chances across central Florida. So yes,
02:21highs on Friday, 40s and 50s primarily.
