00:00I was very shocked because at that time I couldn't even tell anyone where I was going
00:13and I couldn't even tell my family that they were worried.
00:16So I did one thing, I took all my stuff and went to Azad Maidan.
00:24I came to Mumbai 7-8 years ago with my father.
00:30I went to Azad Maidan and played there for a while.
00:33I liked it here and I always wanted to play here.
01:00I thought that I would be able to work there and also live there.
01:06So I used to wake up early in the morning and do my work and go back to play the match.
01:13So I used to do this for a few days and they said that we will have to do more work.
01:26When it rains here, all the water comes in the tent.
01:29In the summer, it was so hot that there was no washroom and no electricity.
01:39When I used to live in the tent, me and the gardeners used to cook together.
01:43Sometimes there used to be a fight between the gardeners and I used to have to sleep hungry.
01:50I didn't tell all this to my family because if I told them,
01:55they used to get upset and call me back home.
01:58I didn't want to go back home.
02:05I used to work in a shop in Panipuri.
02:07I used to manage my expenses there.
02:09I used to buy and eat whatever I could afford.
02:15I have given a lot of attention to cricket.
02:17It has prepared me mentally to eat and drink.
02:21I have changed everything that I used to think negative into positive.
02:26That's why my game has improved a lot.
02:46I played for India U-19.
02:48I am very happy but I have to work harder and focus more.
02:52I have to give my 100 percent.
