00:01Earlier, we showed Chef Ilith our mystery ingredient,
00:06Sardinas!
00:08What will Chef Ilith prepare with this?
00:11We only need a few ingredients, Kapitbahay.
00:16Butter, olive oil, onions, garlic, tomatoes,
00:20Spanish sardines, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes,
00:25pasta noodles, boiled pasta noodles,
00:29parmesan cheese, lemon, and parsley.
00:33Let's melt the butter in a pan.
00:36This is just a technique, Kapitbahay.
00:40We'll add a little olive oil so that the butter won't burn.
