00:00I'm Stephen Jones, joining us now, talking cowboys, commanders, and all the storylines
00:20around America's team here.
00:21Friday's at 3 o'clock, and good afternoon sir, how the heck are you?
00:26Good afternoon guys.
00:28So what do you think about this rookie quarterback Washington has once again?
00:31Is this an up-and-coming force in the division, in the conference?
00:34What do you say?
00:35Well, it sure feels like it.
00:37He's done a great job for his team there, of course, you know, good friends there and
00:44great relationship with Dan Quinn and have so much respect for him and, you know, know
00:50he's that type of guy to bring a guy like Jayden Daniels along.
00:57But boy, everything we've seen of him, you know, he seems to be the real deal and seems
01:02to be a great guy both on and off the field and, you know, we'll have our hands full obviously.
01:10You bring up Dan Quinn, is there any thought of maybe we should have, you know, moved the
01:16earth or whatever it would have took to keep him around here?
01:19Well, we did move a lot of earth to keep him around as long as we did.
01:25But like I said, Jerry and I and, you know, Mike McCarthy feels the same way and a lot
01:31of guys on our defense have so much respect for him.
01:35You know, obviously he's a Super Bowl caliber type coach, took the Falcons to the Super
01:39Bowl and was so close to winning it, but, you know, he just does a great job wherever
01:44he goes.
01:45He's a motivator and, you know, he's one of the top coaches in this league.
