00:14This is the aerial video of the Buntun Bridge that connects Tuguegarao and Solana in Cagayan.
00:20You can see that the water level is still high and the water flow is strong in the Cagayan River.
00:25It is noteworthy that the river is flooding the residential areas.
00:30Houses in some parts of Tuguegarao City are still submerged
00:33because the floodwater reached the roof of the houses.
00:37The grade school is still not allowed to enter the city.
00:41In other parts of the Cagayan River,
00:43the video captured the gradual flooding of the water in a steel bridge in Kamalanyugan, Cagayan.
00:51The temporary bridge did not last long.
00:54Some parts of the bridge were completely flooded by the river.

01:02while the Kamalanyugan-Apari Bridge was being built to cross the Cagayan River.

01:10The water of the dam is decreasing in the Cagayan River.
01:15A man was found dead in Kamalanyugan.
01:20He was the one who died on November 12 in the Cagayan River after he was hit by a rock in the river.
01:25The victim let go of the rock until he was able to walk.
01:30Cattle and cows were found dead on the side of the road in Tuguegarao.
01:35Livestock were placed in high places to save the animals from the flood.
