00:00The Office of Civil Defense and National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council is now under the Red Alert status

00:08because of the storm Enteng.

00:10The PNP is helping the residents affected by the storm and the flood.

00:21Tropical Storm Enteng is now in the Kilino Province.

00:27It is expected to landfall at Kaseguran Aurora.

00:31It is based on the 5pm bulletin of the PGASA this Monday.

00:35The storm Enteng is now moving eastward at a speed of 20km per hour.

00:42Since yesterday, the rainfall has been heavy in some parts of the country because of the storm Enteng.

00:53Many residents also had to evacuate, like in Cahintari, Sala, where the PNP has already helped.

01:00The PNP also helped the motorists who were trapped in the flood and the residents in Libon, Albay.

01:07It was also not easy to evacuate this Sunday night in Vera, Catanduanes amid the heavy rain and flood.

01:165,000 police were deployed on behalf of the PNP

01:19to continue helping the residents affected by the storm and the flood

01:24where all of their units were placed under the heightened alert

01:29and activated the Regional Incidents Management Task Group.

01:33To make sure that we follow the management protocols with respect to our humanitarian assistance and disaster response.

01:43The PNP was also involved in the Law and Order Cluster to avoid possible incidents of looting

01:50and to ensure the order in the evacuation centers.

01:54Because there are stores, commercial establishments and even in residential areas

02:04If ever there will be a distribution of relief goods, there will be no disturbance.

02:10And of course, our deployment in the evacuation centers, particularly where there are children and women.

02:19That's why we also deployed our WCPD personnel to make sure that the children and women there are protected.

02:31The Office of Civil Defense and NDRRMC is already on a red alert

03:00In the initial report of the NDRRMC, two people were killed due to the heavy rains of Baguio-Enteng and Habarat.

03:08This was reported to the Central Visayas where there were also 10 people who were reportedly injured.

03:246,000 families were affected by the storm or more than 24,000 individuals.

06:13Abra, Rest of Calinga, Mountain Province, Ipugao, Benguet, Nueva Vizcaya, Rest of Aurora, Nueva Ecija, and Eastern portion of Bulacan.

06:26Signal number 1, Metro Manila, Rizal, Northeastern portion of Laguna, and Northern portion of Quezon.

06:36So Maan, we heard that there will be a forecast of heavy rain, so our advice to our countrymen is to be careful,

06:45and if you need to evacuate, especially those who are in landslide prone areas and are being flooded,

06:51let's not hesitate to ask the authorities for rescue.
