00:05for obeying the LGU's orders

00:08to avoid the casualties of the Super Typhoon Pepito.

00:19Now, everything is back to normal in the whole region.

00:22In Lapinig, Northern Samar,

00:23the municipal employees are back to work.

00:26Mayor Maria Luisa Minzon thanked

00:29all those who helped to save the residents

00:32from the possible consequences of the typhoon.

00:34I would like to express my gratitude to the Mayor.

00:39He gave us protection during the Typhoon Pepito.

00:48I would also like to thank the people,

00:53the barangays here in Lapinig.

00:57In Northern Samar, where the 3rd signal was raised,

01:01all sectors helped to overcome the zero casualties

01:05in the whole region.

01:06The more than 85,000 pre-emptively evacuated individuals

01:12are a demonstration of how serious we are about this.

01:16We are thankful because

01:19we were able to commit to zero casualties.

01:24I would also like to thank the local government units,

01:29national government agencies,

01:32and civil society organizations, humanitarian workers,

01:37who helped to commit to zero casualties

01:41in the preparation of the Typhoon Pepito.

01:45To the people of San Policarpo and Taft, Eastern Samar,

01:48the active support of the residents is a great help

01:51to commit to zero casualties and zero injuries.

01:55I would also like to thank the residents of Tubignon

02:01for their support, assistance,

02:04and security for the families.

02:09I would also like to thank our volunteers,

02:12our emergency responders,

02:15and other groups who did not know about the typhoon.
