00:05when I say the workplace, in this case he's referring to hotel rooms in Beverly Hills,
00:11because someone who says his position with Kanye was a project manager that was employed
00:17by Yeezy LLC.
00:19So Kanye supposedly summoned him, according to this lawsuit, to the hotel, Kanye opens
00:25the door, he is panting, his pants are unbuttoned, Bianca, his then-girlfriend, is standing there
00:33topless with her hands over her breasts, and he is taken aback, and he says, that is just
00:39the beginning.

00:41Because what happened after that initial scene, he basically, he says that Kanye went back

00:48Well, he said, hey, I need you to wait here.
00:50Wait here, don't go anywhere, and he says that Kanye went back into the bedroom, did
00:56close the door, he at least had the decency to close the door, but this former employee
01:00says that he was sitting there waiting for, as he put it, a very uncomfortable ten minutes-

01:20Look, he's saying that afterward, Kanye comes out into where this guy is standing, wearing
01:27a t-shirt with a swastika on it, and said, what do you think of my t-shirt?
01:33It's pretty alarming here.
01:35I mean, because the guy, Murphy Aficionado, he's an employee, and therefore he's got certain
01:39expectations and rights as an employee.
01:41One of them is not to be subjected to his boss having sex in the next room loudly while
01:46he waits in the anteroom, or whatever it is.
01:49So he's filed a legal claim saying that he's entitled to compensation from Kanye for a
01:53hostile work environment of some kind.
01:56Now, Jason, we should say he was fired.
01:58He acknowledges that in the lawsuit.
02:01So I think that's got to be relevant here, that he was fired.
02:05And I think he worked there for eight or nine months, and then got fired.
02:09We have seen other lawsuits like this from former employees, often people who were fired.
02:15This is the first one that described the sexual situation in a hotel room.
02:21There are a lot of former Yeezy employees with some grievances.
02:25And then we left off the part where he apparently then came out after having sex with somebody
02:30and showed Murphy a bunch of naked pictures of Kim Kardashian as well.

02:36He said once the actual business meeting began and they sat down, he says the first thing
02:40was that Ye showed him naked photos of Kim.
02:43I got to tell you, Jason, I don't know, look, again, we don't know if it's true.
02:48These are allegations in a lawsuit.
02:49So we're not cosigning on it.
02:51We have no idea whether this is any of it's true or all of it's true or some of it's true.
02:55And we should really make that point.
02:58But Jason, I would say if that's true, and especially that at the time Kanye was going
03:04through a very acrimonious divorce where he was unhappy, if that's true, that could constitute
03:10revenge porn.
03:11Oh, he's got all sorts of problems vis-a-vis Kim, you mean?
