00:00A copy of the Panukalang Batas was taken and the traditional Haka was danced by some Mamba Batas and members of the indigenous group of Maori in the parliament in New Zealand.

00:17The session was suspended because of this.

00:19Some Maori from other parts of New Zealand marched towards the capital of Wellington.

00:26They are supporting the Panukalang Batas which aims to change the 184-year-old treaty,

00:31in which in exchange for the leadership of the former British colonizers,

00:35the ownership of the lands and other rights of the Maori will remain.

00:40In the Panukalang Batas, as stated in the first reading, it is also good to give equal rights to non-Maori.
