00:00The typhoon Ophel is stronger and one of the typhoons, and even though it's far from land, the signal No. 1 in some places in Luzon is already high.

00:08Meanwhile, aside from Ophel, the typhoon Baguio is also being closely monitored outside the PAR with an international name of Manli.

00:17Let's find out the update of those from weather specialist Alzar Aurelio. Good morning, Sir Alzar.

00:25Until today, the typhoon Ophel is still in the East Philippine Sea, and it's continuously moving near the land where the northern Luzon is located.

00:35It's a typhoon, so the wind is strong, reaching 120 kmph, and the storm is at 150 kmph.

00:46The distance of the typhoon center is 475 km east-northeast of Birak, Capayuanes.

00:53Tropical cyclone Hsingna No. 1 is already high in Cagayan, along with Mabuyan Island, northern and central portion of Isabela,

01:02Apayao, eastern portion of Calinga, easternmost portion of Mountain Province, and easternmost portion of Ifugao.

01:14Today, due to the typhoon, it is expected that moderate to heavy rain in Isabela and Cagayan.

01:20So, please remember, we should still be careful.

01:23And, please know that the place is safe because the direction of the flood or earthquake is still there.

01:31Meanwhile, the typhoon with an international name of Manli is outside the PAR, Philippine Area of Responsibility.

01:42The typhoon is moving fast, generating waves and entering the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

01:49Currently, the distance of the typhoon Manli is at 2,210 km east of Eastern Visayan.

01:58We expect that the typhoon Manli will be strong while it is in the ocean.

02:08The typhoon Manli will enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Friday.

02:13As for the typhoon Okhel, it will not hit the mainland, nor the ocean.

02:20And, when the sun rises on Thursday or Friday, the typhoon Okhel will hit the mainland.

02:31So, please be careful because of the upcoming typhoon.
