01:24While in Barangay Nabalansur and Barangay Gadangapari,

01:35Meanwhile, Mayor Mila Tinque of Tuguegarao is calling

01:41for those who live next to the Cagayan River to evacuate

01:57that need to be evacuated in Tuguegarao.
