00:37Yes, I think obviously like you say, the group's obviously in a good place at the moment, things
00:42are going well for the team, for myself personally as well, obviously it's playing some games
00:46now so confidence is high and yes, we're very happy, but we're obviously focused on keep
00:53performing and keep getting wins as well.
00:55How better equipped is the squad to go further in the Champions League and the Premier League
00:58title race this season compared to last, do you think?
01:01Yes, I think obviously, look, we came close last year, obviously we just fell off in the
01:05Premier League towards the end, but those experiences are obviously big for us as well
01:09and we've kind of kept pretty much the same squad as last season as well, so we have those
01:14experiences, obviously it's a bit more fire in the belly as well for us, and Champions
01:20League is Champions League, it's obviously one of the biggest competitions so the motivation
01:24is always there, we've always done well in this competition, so yes, the motivation is
01:27there to do well in both.
01:29You mentioned getting minutes yourself, I think ever since the summer interview that
01:33I've seen with you, you've been asked about your future as well, how much is your future
01:37playing on your mind at the moment, I mean, how realistic is it to think that this could
01:41be your last season at Liverpool even, does that come into your thinking?
01:44Not what I'm thinking at the moment to be honest, no, I think obviously it's quite early
01:48on in the season, but even anyway, my focus is on playing well if I'm thinking about future
01:53and different things like that, it's not going to help my game, I need to be clear mentally
01:59to play well, so that's not coming to my thinking at the moment to be honest.
02:13Hi Kweb, you've played in lots of big games in your Liverpool career, cup finals and obviously
02:18you had the Europa League run last season, but I believe this is going to be your first
02:23Champions League game at home in front of the Anfield crowd, because obviously you played
02:27in the Ajax game but that was behind closed doors because of Covid, after the atmosphere
02:31here at the game at Brighton on Saturday, how much are you looking forward to taking
02:34another big achievement off in your Liverpool career?
02:36Yeah, it'll be quite cool, obviously I've been here and experienced quite a few nights
02:42of Champions League, I didn't play obviously but I was here, the atmosphere is always electric
02:46on European nights, so yeah, it'll be a special moment tomorrow and one I'm looking forward
02:51to for sure.

03:14Yeah, no he's been really good, I'm loving working with him to be honest, he really works
03:20hard and puts a lot of work into us and trying to improve us individually and he's a really
03:25great guy, he's really into his details and stuff and yeah, he's very good and I'm really
03:31enjoying working with him.
03:35Kweb, I don't know about your age, are you older to remember Savi when he was a Liverpool
03:41player and any memories as a youngster?
03:43Yeah of course, obviously I remember watching him, he was obviously a class player when
03:50he was here and then on to Real Madrid as well, so yeah I have good memories of him,
03:53his passing range obviously was outrageous, obviously good memories.
03:58When a player legend comes back obviously there's a lot of mixed emotions but obviously
04:03it's focus on the job, you know the fans will be welcoming the manager of the opposition
04:08but not getting away with the job in hand?
04:11Yeah of course, I think I know Liverpool fans will obviously give him a great reception,
04:17but like you say, the focus for us really is on getting the result and making sure he
04:21goes home not too happy.
04:35Kweb, how would the players find the new format of the Champions League?
04:38We used to have the group stage, now we have this massive group stage, how would they find
04:43it compared to what they played in before?
04:46Yeah I think it's obviously a bit different, I myself personally quite like it, it's obviously
04:52playing different teams each occasion is kind of cool and you're going away to different
04:57stadiums as well which is nice.
05:00Yeah it's obviously good, it's obviously harder to properly prepare for games because
05:05previously you'd play against them once and then you'd know how to play against them
05:10but yeah it's a good experience and obviously cool to play a bit more teams as well.
