00:00The security of the Police Regional Office of Mimaropa is well-equipped.

00:04Aside from the police that were dispatched,

00:07more than 200 police assistance desks were also placed in the whole region.

00:13This is A.Sapit of PIA in Balitang Pambansa.

00:18The police in the Mimaropa region is now ready

00:21for the addition of people who will be brought to the cemeteries.

00:24According to the Police Regional Office of Mimaropa,

00:27According to Police Lieutenant Zoe Compleza Celotereo,

00:30the various security measures of their Police Regional Office

00:34were already laid out to control and avoid chaos at any time.

00:37The deployment of PNP personnel,

00:39the placement of police assistance desks,

00:41and checkpoints in various memorial sites is already near.

00:44If the preparation of the burial is ready,

00:48especially in the operations part,

00:51because they have already prepared it.

00:53In the addition of people compared to last year,

01:09Up to 206 police assistance desks were prepared by the P.R.O. Mimaropa

01:14for the whole region.

01:1544 of them are from Oriental Mindoro,

01:1843 from Occidental Mindoro,

01:2020 from Marinduque,

01:2148 from Romblon,

01:2340 from Palawan,

01:24and 11 from Puerto Princesa City.

01:26262 units of checkpoints were prepared by the P.R.O.

01:31to monitor the movement of people

01:33and ensure the implementation of the No Firearms Policy in the cemeteries.

01:38One of the few measures that I will point out is

01:41the placement of checkpoints on the main roads to the cemeteries.

01:47The other one would be establishing the police assistance desk or PADS

01:52in the cemeteries and other places.

01:56Next is, our police would patrol around the memorial sites.

02:00This is also a continuous monitoring.

02:02And the C.C.S.S. would be used to prevent the delivery of things

02:08that could possibly cause commotions

02:12and problems in our cemeteries.

02:16Here in the province of Oriental Mindoro,

02:18more than 500 PNP personnel are currently deployed

02:21to monitor the security of the area.
