00:32This year, Cadbury's selection boxes have been downsized with smaller treats than before,
00:38sparking frustration amongst festive shoppers. Manufacturers argue that shrinkflation helps
00:44them manage rising costs for raw materials, transport and production without visibly raising
00:52Critics, however, argue that this tactic lacks transparency and erodes consumer trust.
