03:12Okay, ito pong bagyo may dala din po ito bukod sa hangin na concentrated malapit sa gitna, yung maximum sustained winds, may dala din po itong matitinding pagulan.
03:21Ngayon nararanasan na po yan sa Bicol Region and some parts of Eastern Visayas and even sa Quezon Province.
03:26And we expect natin mararanasan din yan sa mga susunod na oras at araw sa natitirang bahagi pa ng Southern Luzon,
03:33such as yung Calabarzon, dito sa Metro Manila, at lalong-lalo na sa Central Luzon at Northern Luzon.
03:38Ma'am pagdating naman po dun sa lakas ng hangin, ito bang mga signal o wind signal na meron tayo maaaring madagdagan pa habang papalapit to sa kalupaan?
03:46Definitely po, madadagdagan po yung mga lugar, halos masasakup talaga yung buong Northern Luzon at Central Luzon nang may signal in some parts of Southern Luzon.
03:55Ma'am dahil dito, inaasahan ba natin na yung mga lugar na low-lying o may mga lugar na po kasi sa Bicol ngayon na inuulan, so titinda po yung ulan na nararanasan nila ngayon?
