00:09nine and a half for the Thundering Herd and then ACC game Boston College visiting Blacksburg
00:16to see Virginia Tech who's seven and a half point favorites here with a 48 and a half

00:24Yeah, I got to tell you so I'm on I definitely bet Virginia Tech today and I laid the points
00:32actually, you know, I think they played him there a few years ago. I remember a big game
00:37on a Thursday night and they beat him like 30 to 10 and Virginia Tech impressed me against
00:43Miami. They really did and then Boston College impressed me when they played their first
00:49couple of games right and then they kind of fell back into being Boston College again,
00:54right that they're not playing. Well, they have a quarterback. I'll give you that much.
00:59So it is sketchy lay in the seven and a half, but that Lane Stadium will be rocking tonight
01:05in Blacksburg and I think Va Tech needs this desperately and I think that other games going
01:10to be wild Marshall and Georgia State. I think they go over.
01:15Looks like a good over to me as well tonight total written that one. Like I said, 51 and
01:20a half for Georgia State and Marshall lots of potential for points there. All right,
01:25most impressive turnaround here as we've hit kind of the halfway point for pretty much
01:30everybody in college football. We have Indiana at six and oh, they were three and nine last
01:35year Miami from seven to six six and now BYU six and oh after a five and seven year Army
01:41and Navy both six and oh and five and oh and then Nebraska five and one great turnarounds
01:46so far in college football. Well, I think the you know, frankly, the most important
01:52one to me is is the Miami Hurricanes. I know I'm a Canes fan my whole life, but the reality
01:58is you know it and so does everybody else if you can't admit the fact that college football
02:03is better when Miami's good. It's no different than the NBA is better when the Lakers and
02:09the Celtics are good and that's just all there is to it. I think Miami being undefeated
02:15and mattering and being in the top 10 being number six pulling a couple of games out of
02:20their arse. They got a great quarterback. Everyone wants the best teams in college football
02:27to be at their peak every year and Miami when they're good. It makes college football better
02:32without a doubt. I actually don't think anyone cares about BYU. I think they're a really
02:39good team. I like them. They win in Provo and they cover. I don't think anyone really
02:43cares that Army and Navy are undefeated more people care about the Army Navy game itself
02:51than they do the fact that both of those teams are undefeated and both of them are ranked.
02:57I mean, let's face facts if Army and Navy played any of the teams in my opinion in the
03:02top five or top 10. They're going to lose smashed is what would happen. Uh Stanton walked

03:56the call on the check swing on judge and the third that's right on jazz was low and
04:01down and he gave him that strike. So they already are given the the the dugout is given
04:07this guy heat already. If they keep it up. I won't be surprised. He tosses Boone. That
04:13was an awful third strike call. That ball was low, very, very low underneath the zone
04:21bad call by that. Um, so that like you said that I'm off to a very shaky start in the
04:26business as they go to the bottom of the first in Cleveland. Cam Ward leads the ACC in passing
04:33yards. He's been unbelievable so far. Of course, Alabama and Tennessee. We're going to talk

05:08of that because the last few weeks against Arkansas and Florida, they've lost that love
05:15scarred 24 points against Alabama. Highest college football coaches this year. Only seven
05:24reach the 10 million plus Mark this year. Scotty Kirby, smart Dabo, Sweeney, Sarkisian,
05:30Lincoln, Riley, Ryan Day, Mike Norvell and Kalen DeBoer. Those top seven all make 10 million or
05:36more. Kelly, Mark Stoops, Lane Kiffin, Eli Drinkwits and Josh Eipel finish off your list
05:43there. Man, Mark Stoops, nine million bucks a year at Kentucky. Look out. Listen, he doesn't
05:50deserve it. He doesn't deserve nine million dollars for the job that he does. And let their
05:58average and they've always been average. And I'll tell you, another guy that's overpaid is Lincoln
06:03Riley. I mean, he's making a boatload of money and not doing anything. He was better at Oklahoma.
06:10And what is he doing? USC guys lose big games. That has been a bad investment for USC so far.
06:19All that money that they've got that money because it's Alabama. I don't think he's worth
06:26that much money anywhere else. He's not making that kind of money. He didn't make no 10 million
06:32dollars at Washington. You get that coach in Alabama. You can thank Nick Saban for that.

06:58South Carolina goes to Oklahoma. Oklahoma minus one and a half. And USC, who we were just talking
07:03about, seven and a half point favorites going all the way across the country to College Park.
07:10To see Maryland on Saturday afternoon. Well, they're better than Maryland. I think they'll
07:16win in College Park. We saw Northwestern win in College Park last week and no one saw that coming.
07:22But I think Northwestern loses in Chicago to Wisconsin. I think Wisconsin's starting to play
07:27good football for Fickle. They seem to have found their way. So I'm going to go Badgers. Rutgers
07:34laid an egg at home the last time they played in Piscataway. I still think they're better than UCLA
07:41on Saturday. Arizona State is a very interesting team. They're going to give Cincinnati problems.
07:48I say the Sun Devils go to Cincinnati and knock off the Bearcats. And I'll tell you what,
07:55I want no part of that Oklahoma-South Carolina game. Oklahoma will win that game because the
08:01game's in Norman and they'll get all the calls. But Oklahoma looks terrible to me and their
08:05quarterbacks stink. They're awful. Certainly do. Schmidt did strike out Ramirez. Great pitch too
08:12to do it, to get the first out of the inning. Another ground out. So they got two outs now
08:18and they got runners at second and third. Okay, so Naylor grounds out with the fielder's choice
08:24there. Got to get this next guy to be able to get out of there. Yeah, they weren't going to

08:34North Carolina State. NC State's going to Cal. I'll quickly run these in. Houston, Kansas. Baylor,
08:39Texas Tech. Iowa, Michigan State. And North Texas and Memphis. Actually good game in the American.
08:45Both have played well. Yeah, look, I think that number's too big in the Memphis game,
08:52believe it or not. And I think Iowa goes to East Lansing and wins.
08:57I think they're better than Michigan State, hands down. They're going to get out of it.
