02:46Of course not. As your muscles get stronger, you're naturally going to weigh more.
02:50Fat's big, but light. When you see it next to equal amounts of muscle,
02:53muscle takes up less volume, so it looks smaller.

03:01There are many programs and ads claiming to help you lose X amount of pant sizes in less than two months.
03:07Generally, those plans are based around extreme dietary restrictions.
03:11Proper dieting and portion control on its own isn't terrible.

03:15Be careful. Make sure you're not extreme dieting.
03:18You'll lose weight because of the lack of nutrients.
03:20Since your muscles need food to grow, if you're not eating enough, they'll shrink.
03:24And that will result in a slower metabolism.
03:27Usually people return to their regular diet after they've met their goal and then gain the weight back.
03:32But now with their slower metabolism, it's even harder to lose it the next time around.
03:36That's so unfair! This whole thing is a trap!
03:39Just know there's no fast way to reach your goals.
03:41Regular exercise and a balanced diet are the keys that unlock that dream bod.

04:46Make a goalpost with your arms.
04:48Reach up and grab the bar, and pull it down to your mid-chest line while leaning back slightly.
04:53Slowly return the bar to its original position without relaxing your grip.
04:58Intensify the isolation by squeezing the shoulder blades together as you pull down,
05:02and keeping them engaged as you return the bar.
05:04Lat pulldowns are great for working central back muscles like the latissimus dorsi and the teres major.
