00:00Hello there. Plenty of sunshine across the UK through the rest of Saturday afternoon.
00:05Windy though across southwest England and turning chilly once again, particularly in
00:09the countryside. Taking a look at the bigger picture, we can see high pressure holding
00:13on through the rest of this weekend. However, we will see subtle changes into next week
00:17as low pressure starts to move down from the north.
00:20Taking a look at the picture for Saturday afternoon. Plenty of sunshine across the UK,
00:25moderate to high UV levels, some hazy sunshine across western parts of time, some cumulus
00:30cloud building up. Temperatures though responding in that sunshine, 18, 19, possibly 20 Celsius
00:36across western parts of the UK. Cooler across eastern areas, 11 to 14 Celsius and breezy
00:42across southwest England, gusts of 30 to 40 miles an hour, which may just take the edge
00:46off the temperatures.
00:48Through Saturday evening, some sunshine before dusk and then with clear skies, it will turn
00:53quite chilly quite quickly. Overnight, Apache frost developing and some mist and fog patches
00:58as well. Temperatures falling close to freezing in towns and cities, if not just below, but
01:02in the countryside, Apache frost developing once again. This will lead to a chilly start
01:08on Sunday morning. Any mist and fog patches though will quickly burn away. And we're looking
01:13at plenty of sunshine through the morning. However, there will be some subtle changes
01:18compared to Saturday. We will see more cloud around across northern and eastern parts of
01:22the UK through into the afternoon, perhaps the odd shower across Scotland. A little bit
