I Racconti di Canterbury (1972) is an Italian film directed by Pier Paolo Pasolini, a renowned filmmaker and intellectual. The movie is an adaptation of Geoffrey Chaucer’s classic work, “The Canterbury Tales”. Pasolini’s version is a visually stunning and often provocative retelling of some of Chaucer’s most erotic tales.
