00:00Filipinos in Florida were forced to evacuate due to the impact of the Category 5 Hurricane Milton.
00:11According to the Philippine Honorary Consulate in Florida, there are Filipinos who evacuated, but some are still staying in their homes.
00:18It is expected that Hurricane Milton will hit Tampa Bay area in Florida tonight or tomorrow, where more than 26,000 Filipinos are living.
00:28However, some of the properties worth P276 million were confiscated by the Philippine Honorary Consulate.

00:46According to the court, it is clear that the rights of the accused were violated in the quick resolution of the case
00:52because it can be seen in the record of the court the lack of effort of those who filed the case.
00:57It was also noted that the trial for this case has not started yet and two decades have passed since the pre-trial was suspended.

01:10The PCGG has already accepted the Sandigan Bayan Resolution and they will consult the Office of the Solicitor General for a possible legal action or remedy.
