00:00pack, and Nohr is barely able to protect Rolo in time. Nohr knows that he won't be able to win,
00:05and Enis realizes just how terrible the situation is. Enis determines that Nohr and Rolo will both
00:11perish if she doesn't help, but she reminds herself that her mission is to make sure that
00:15Lin survives. Enis realizes something though, and asks Lin for permission to leave her and
00:21assist in the battle. Nohr does his best to fight back all the swords, but one of the swarms is too
00:26fast for him. Luckily for Nohr, Enis arrives just in the nick of time. Enis reiterates that her job
00:32is to protect Lin, but she has realized that this means she must keep Nohr alive. Enis uses her
00:38powerful shields to push Zaru back, but it's clear that none of them will be able to hit him.
00:43This is because Zaru and his swords are just moving way too fast. Enis realizes this as well,
00:49so she decides that she will focus on defense while Nohr finishes off Zaru. Nohr isn't sure
00:55if he can do it though, because Zaru's swarm of swords moves around like a living creature.
01:00Jasta and Nohr comes up with an idea and asks Enis to move one of her shields on his signal.
01:05Nohr then physically enhances himself as he has Enis move a shield, and Nohr launches the fangs
01:10of the dragon he defeated right at Zaru. The fangs are incredibly strong, and Enis is shocked to see
01:16that Nohr was able to shadow Zaru's swords with them. Nohr continues using his stone throw attack,
01:22and he manages to take out most of the swords. Zaru comes out of nowhere to attack Enis,
01:27but Nohr manages to stop him. Zaru can't understand how Nohr was able to stop his attack,
01:32but what's even more strange is that his dagger made of atomite was broken by Nohr.
01:37Zaru tries to attack again, but he just gets the same result. He thinks Nohr is a pretty weird guy,
01:43so he asks Nohr how he's been able to see his attacks encounter them. Nohr says that it's
01:48something he can do, but Zaru can tell that there is more to it. Zaru decides to just call it a day
01:54and leave because recovering his weapons after they have been shattered is a real pain. That
02:00isn't all though, as he explains that there will be a huge celebration happening at the royal capital.
02:05This doesn't sound good at all to Enis, but unfortunately Zaru doesn't have any more details
02:10about this extravagant event. Zaru says that Nohr is the strangest guy he has ever met,
02:16and he tells Rolo to consider himself really lucky. Zaru goes for one last sneak attack,
02:21but Nohr stops him once again, and Zaru points out that Nohr is why he wasn't able to get his
02:26reward for retrieving Rolo. Zaru leaves, and everyone wonders what will happen at the capital.
02:32Nohr thinks they should go back, especially since they won't be able to take Rolo to Mithra.
02:37Just then, Rolo begins to shake uncontrollably after hearing that they're all from the royal
02:41capital. He tells everyone that they can't go back because of something terrifying. Rolo heard
02:47that the biggest monster is going to the royal capital, and it's strong enough to wipe out the
02:52entire city. Lin realizes that this situation is more urgent than she thought, so she decides that
02:57they will return to the capital. Nohr agrees with her decision, but Enis refuses. She is shocked
03:03though when Lin reveals that she knows exactly what Rain ordered her to do. Lin says that they
03:08will suffer the same fate as the demon folk if they abandon the capital, so they must return
03:14and warn everyone about the monster. Enis gives in and agrees to go back, but she tells Lin not
03:20to leave her side for even a moment. Nohr thinks it would be best for Rolo if they split up,
03:25but Rolo refuses. He is sure that a demon folk is the one bringing the monster,
03:30and even if he doesn't think he will be able to do anything, he still wants to help.
03:34Lin sees how serious Nohr has gotten, and she assumes that it's because of his big heart.
03:39She is completely wrong though, as Nohr is just thinking about how he wishes
03:44he could have taken a bite out of the poisonous frog. On their way back, Lin thinks about how
03:48worried she is, but she finds comfort in knowing that Nohr is with her. Nohr fought the dragon
03:54and the legendary Zato, so they should be fine. Lin determines that it's her responsibility to
03:59take Nohr to the royal capital so he can save everyone, and she calls him the man who practically
04:05jumped straight out of an epic hero's tale. Back at the royal capital, Rain is told that
04:09many citizens have been evacuated thanks to the efforts of the six heroes. They fended off the
04:15enemy's ambush, but Rain is sure that another wave will be coming. This is the perfect time for them
04:21to do it because the capital forces are scattered. Rain is sure that the enemy is just waiting for
04:26them to exhaust themselves, and preparing the next wave. Rain wonders which direction they will
04:31be coming from, and he realizes that they could come from the sky as well. He is told that there
04:36have been no sightings of flying beasts, but Rain notices something strange in the sky. He's horrified
04:42when he realizes that it's hiding above the clouds, and he uses his uncover ability to break its
04:47barrier. Rain stares in shock as he can't believe what he sees. A guard wonders if it's a black
04:53dragon, but Rain points out that it's far too big. This is actually their worst nightmare because
04:59it's a dragon of calamity. A look into the past shows Nohr being taught by his father about how
05:04dangerous dragons are. A certain adventurer would slay these beasts, and the materials that came
05:10from them were turned into very high quality weapons and medicines. This in turn brought
05:14wealth to the land, and it made the adventurer a hero that the people would call the dragon slayer.
05:20Nohr wanted to be a dragon slayer, but his father explained how difficult it is to slay a dragon.
05:26Some dragons are incredibly strong, and they have been alive for thousands of years.
05:31They can make the ground crumble with just one step, and they can even destroy entire mountains
05:36just by swinging their tail. In fact, their nation was nearly destroyed by dragons that ran wild.
05:42Nohr's father finished telling him these stories, but Nohr never stopped wanting to become a dragon
05:47slayer. Back to the present, Nohr and his group travel back to the capital, but Lin is horrified
05:51to see the dragon of calamity. The gigantic dragon terrifies everyone in the capital,
05:56and Rain wonders if the magic empire understands the horror they have unleashed on the world.
06:02The calamity dragon has been asleep for the past 150 years, but it should still be dormant.
06:07Rain becomes furious because this means that the empire awakened the dragon. The dragon causes
06:13massive destruction with a single flap of its wings, so Rain orders for everyone to be evacuated.
06:19It's a terrible emergency, so he instructs his troops to pry anyone away from their belongings
06:24if they're hesitant to leave. One of the heroes watches nearby, and she senses that magic is being
06:30used to obstruct all the evacuation routes. This is terrible, because it makes it impossible for
06:36the six heroes to unite. We then see that the heroes have their hands full throughout the area.
06:42Gilbert tells the king to evacuate, but the king just instructs him to get the citizens
06:47as far away from the capital as possible. As for himself, the king has a job he still needs to do.
06:53Nearby, Ines determines that there's no hope left for the capital, because the dragon will surely
06:58decimate it. Lin fears that her father will use himself as a shield so the citizens can escape,
07:04but she knows that even he is no match for the legendary beast. Lin is terrified of what will
07:09happen, so she hopes that her father will just leave the capital instead of fighting. Just then,
07:15everyone is shocked to see how casual Nohr still is. He says that he has never seen a dragon before,
07:21but Lin points out that the monster he defeated earlier was also a dragon. Lin explains that her
07:26father and brother are still in the capital, but it's too late to help them. Nohr casually says
07:32that he thinks he can make it in time if he runs, but this just shocks Lin. Nohr says that they can
07:37use her windblast again like they did against the goblin, but Lin fears that the power needed
07:42to get him to the capital in time will end up hurting him really bad. Nohr reminds her that
07:46his sword will take the brunt of the damage. Nohr says that he owes a lot to the people of the city
07:52and to the king, so he wants to help. All he has to do is help the king escape, and he is sure that
07:57he can do that. Lin snaps out of her pessimism, and she realizes that Nohr is not someone that
08:03should be doubted. Her windblast is not meant to be used on humans, but Nohr is not a normal guy.
08:09Another look back shows the king refusing to hand over the dungeon of the lost to the magic empire.
08:15He was told that he was just letting it go to waste because it has power to create an army
08:20that could control the world. The king explained that he's just choosing not to use a power
08:26that is beyond their control. Back to the present, the dragon continues its rampage,
08:31and the king determines that the empire will stop at nothing to get the dungeon. He realizes that he
08:36underestimated the empire because he never thought they would throw the full force of their might at
08:41them. The king now takes full responsibility for the breakdown in negotiations. The capital is
08:47facing destruction, but all the king can think about is Lin's safety. This makes the king realize
08:52that the empire was right. He is not fit to be king, and he has always been more suited to being
08:58on the battlefield. The king apologizes to his people for failing them, and he vows to at least
09:04take one of the dragon's eyes with him. Back with our hero, Enos creates a cylinder with her shield
09:09to amplify Lin's windblast, and Nohr stands in front of it. To amplify it more, Enos uses magic
09:16reflect on her shield several times. This is clearly becoming more intense, and Nohr can tell
09:21that this is kind of different from the last time. Lin confirms this as she explains that the impact
09:26from this windblast is going to be far stronger than it was before. Lin puts everything she has
09:32into it, and she apologizes to Nohr in advance. She remembers not to doubt him though, and unleashes
09:38the attack. Rollo is stunned by the amount of power being emitted, and the next thing he sees
09:43is that Nohr has completely disappeared in the blink of an eye. Back in the capital, the king
09:49comes face to face with the dragon. Everyone watching is horrified as the dragon prepares
09:54to use its elder dragon breath attack, because it's the one that burned the entire continent to
09:58a crisp several hundred years ago. The king realizes that the dragon's giving him no chance
10:04to survive, but he's determined to do something kingly at least once before he dies. The king
10:10pulls out a dagger, and tells the dragon that he's going to show it how tenacious humans are.
10:15One of the heroes watching recognizes the dagger. It's the blasting dagger, and it channels all of
10:21the wielder's mana into one powerful but sacrificial blow. The heroes are horrified to
10:26see that the king is going to sacrifice himself, but they realize that there is no other option.
10:32The king goes in to sacrifice himself, but Nohr comes out of nowhere to parry the dragon's attack.
10:37Everyone watches in absolute shock as he just shoved the legendary dragon, and the dragon
10:42collapses. The dragon wonders what is going on, and she is confused to see that a tiny human
10:48just knocked her off balance. She declares that the strong control the weak with violence,
10:53and that's just the law of the world. Her giant tail does massive damage to the capital as it
10:58moves in to strike Nohr, but he just parries that as well. The dragon comes crashing down again,
11:04and Nohr just thinks about how he thought he wouldn't survive. We then just get a look back
11:08to just moments before, when Nohr was launched towards the capital. He used physical enhancement
11:14to regain his balance, and he sent himself over the castle wall. Nohr was surprised to
11:19see how fast he got there, but he realized that there was no way for him to stop himself.
11:24Nohr didn't hesitate though, and just used his parry ability. Nohr never wants to do that again,
11:30and he thinks about how parrying the dragon was way easier than he expected. The dragon gets back
11:36up, but Nohr doesn't think it's that scary anymore. The girls finally arrive at the capital,
11:41and they plan to help the king escape, while Nohr fights the dragon. Unfortunately,
11:45they end up getting attacked, but Enis manages to protect them in time. Several goblin emperors
11:51appear, but they're quite small compared to the one Nohr and Lin confronted. Goblin emperors are
11:56still in a league of their own though, so they are in big danger. Lin decides to think like Nohr does,
12:02so she tells Enis not to worry, because they're only fighting goblins. Enis is inspired by her
12:07confidence, and agrees that these goblins are not nearly as terrifying as the dragon.
12:13These goblins end up blasting through her attack, but Rolo steps in and commands the goblins to
12:18stop moving. Lin uses the opportunity to freeze them, and Enis converts her shield into a sword.
12:24Enis destroys all the goblins with one powerful strike, and Lin realizes why she was given the
12:30divine sword title. Rolo's just as impressive, because he was able to stop the overpowered
12:35goblins with just a few words. Such a young kid having this power is incredible, but Lin
12:41can tell that it takes great courage for him to use it. Back with Nohr, we see that the dragon
12:46is getting really frustrated. She keeps attacking Nohr, but he just keeps parrying her. Her claws
12:52and scales should be indestructible, but Nohr is somehow damaging them badly. Nohr is shocked by
12:58how his sword never gets a single scratch, no matter what he swings it at. He wonders what
13:03the secret behind it is, but it doesn't really matter because it's his key to victory. The dragon
13:08can't understand what's going on, but she realizes that she can stop worrying because there's no
13:14chance that her next attack will fail. She ticks to the sky, and everyone watches as she gathers
13:19a ton of energy into her mouth. She releases the powerful beam right at Nohr, but he once again
13:25parries it. This sends the attack straight into the air, and everyone watches in amazement as
13:30its explosion covers the sky in light. The dragon lets out a roar, but Rolo can sense that there is
13:36more to its anger. The dragon is frustrated because Nohr isn't treating it as a serious threat,
13:42even though that's what it's trying to be. Dragons are very prideful, and this is especially
13:47true for the dragon elder, who considers itself to be stronger than anything. The dragon becomes
13:52furious because this fight has made it clear that she is the weak one compared to Nohr.
13:57Nohr parries another one of the dragon's attacks, and the girls are shocked to see that it has
14:01decided to submit to him. The townspeople watch from afar, and their mouth is nearly
14:06dropped to the ground. Nohr remembers what his father said about the adventurer who defeated
14:11dragons. Slaying dragons brought wealth to the people, and he became known as a dragon slayer.
14:17However, Nohr sees that this dragon doesn't want to fight anymore. Nohr decides not to end the
14:22dragon's life, and concedes that he isn't really hero material anyway. The rest of his group rushes
14:28to him, and Nohr waves to his friends. Nohr tells everyone that he's okay, and he thanks Rolo for
14:34helping. Rolo has no clue what he's talking about, so Nohr explains what he just realized.
14:39The reason the dragon must have calmed down was because Rolo ordered it to.
14:43Nohr is shocked when Rolo says that he actually didn't do anything, and the confused Nohr points
14:48out that the dragon just stopped being hostile out of nowhere. Rolo had nothing to do with it,
14:54so Nohr determines that the dragon must have been intimidated by just the fact that Rolo could
14:58control it. Everyone is then stunned when Nohr tells Rolo to send the dragon back to where it
15:03came from. The others point out that the dragon is still very dangerous, so it would be best to
15:08eliminate it while they have the chance. Nohr understands the risks, but he doesn't want to
15:13hurt the beast. Nohr knows that he's asking for something selfish, but Lin understands and agrees
15:19to allow it. Rolo isn't sure if he can order around such a powerful dragon, and he thinks he
15:24will only be able to ask it politely. Nohr can tell that Rolo doesn't like showing his power,
15:30so he assures Rolo that Lin and Enis won't be scared of him. These words give Rolo some courage,
15:36so he gives it a shot. Rolo is able to understand the dragon, so he informs Nohr that it has decided
15:42to do anything its master orders. The girls can't believe what they just heard, but the
15:47clueless Nohr thinks that the dragon is calling Rolo its master. Nohr tells Rolo to have it
15:52quietly return to its home, and to make sure it never even tries to hurt humans ever again.
15:58Rolo passes the message along, and the dragon shockingly agrees to do everything Nohr said.
16:03The dragon takes to the sky, and roars one last time before leaving. Everyone watches as the
16:09legendary beast leaves peacefully, but Nohr is horrified when a powerful attack knocks it right
16:14out of the sky. The terror is shared by everyone, and we see that the evil leader of the empire
16:20was behind the attack. Daredus is really pleased with himself, and he says that even a dragon that
16:26has lived for thousands of years is still just a stupid beast in the end. The dragon was just a
16:31pawn, but he's disappointed that it didn't destroy the capital. He decides that he will just have to
16:36start the attack anyway, so he has his army summoned nearby. There are a ton of troops,
16:42and the firepower of his army is unrivaled. A look back shows how the empire planned out this attack.
16:48After the dragon decimated the capital, the troops were to come in and clean up.
16:52Foot soldiers would be equipped with magic swords and magic shields, while the elite troops would
16:57have magic armor and magic cannons. They would also have massive shields and gigantic Monterey
17:03cannons. The king was very pleased by the plan, but a soldier named Randius had a problem with the
17:09war. He didn't think that it would benefit the country in the long run, but he was just silenced
17:14by Daredus. He refused to let anyone pose a threat to them, and declared that they would show everyone
17:20the power of their magic. Daredus wants this war to go down in history, so everyone can know about
17:25the foolish decision the clay kingdom made. He also wants everyone to know that it was a country
17:31of fools who neglected proper upkeep of the dungeon of the lost. They were led down the path
17:37of ruin by their own selfish greed. As for Daredus, he will be known as the one who liberated the
17:42country of this foolishness. Nearby, Norrin and the others find the dragon, but they can't tell
17:48if it's still alive without getting closer. Just then, they spot the magical empire, and the empire
17:53spots them right back. They see the princess Lin, but what's most concerning is that Enis is with
17:58her. This is because Enis is one of the living legends known all around the world, and Daredus
18:04assumes that she was the one that saved the capital. The era where legends rule has come to an
18:09end, and Daredus declares that it's time for those with wisdom to define the world. Daredus orders
18:15for the mana cannon to be fired, because even if Enis is known as the divine shield, this weapon
18:21will still evaporate her into nothing. She will just be another legend to be defeated by his hand,
18:26which is why Daredus loves war so much. The mana cannon prepares to fire, and our group notices at
18:32the last second, so Enis tells the others to run away. The weapon is fired, and Daredus declares
18:38that it's all over for her. Enis just stares as the huge beam approaches, but Nor shockingly steps
18:44up to parry the giant attack. The beam goes flying everywhere, and no one can believe what they just
18:49saw. Daredus's troops are in such disbelief that they think there was something wrong with the
18:54weapon, so Daredus has them prepare another attack. Nor is amazed to see such a huge army,
18:59and the girls explain that they're trying to annihilate the kingdom. The Klaes kingdom has
19:04an army as well, but they don't stand a chance against the empire's numbers. Enis wants Lin to
19:09retreat with her, so Lin wonders what Nor plans to do. Nor says that it should be obvious, and
19:15he thinks about how he needs to run for his life and get away from this place as soon as possible.
19:20Lin agrees that it was a silly question to ask, but she clearly thinks that he's going to do
19:24something heroic. Nor wonders why she is smiling, and wonders if she understood what he actually
19:30meant. Nor tries to clarify that he's going to run away, but they're interrupted by another attack.
19:35Enis blocks it this time, so the annoyed Daredus decides to take shelter at the rear of his army.
19:40They are being pinned down by all the attacks, so Nor determines that there's only one way to escape.
19:46Nor tells the others that he's going to distract the army, so they should use that time to get
19:50away. Nor thinks that he's bad at fighting, but he is confident in his ability to run away.
19:55A look back shows that Nor sharpened his running away ability by running from swarms of bees.
20:00His plan is to run around like crazy, and Lin decides to give him some help. Nor is shocked
20:06to see that this means she's going to use her windblast on him again, but she promises to
20:10control it better this time. Nor tries to clarify that he isn't just going to throw his life away,
20:16but there's no time to talk. Another attack is coming, so Nor enhances himself,
20:20and Lin sends him flying. Nor is glad to see that he's able to deflect the empire's attacks,
20:26and he flies across the battlefield. There's no turning back now, so Nor charges right at
20:31the entire army. He uses the parry ability he spent all those years practicing, and he disarms
20:36a ton of troops. Nor just wants to buy enough time for the others to get away, so he plans to
20:42run around and parry everything in front of him. Daeradus is horrified to see his army being toyed
20:47with, and Nor appears before him. All the weapons that Nor parried went straight into the air,
20:52and they come raining down on the army. The giant shields were also parried by Nor,
20:57and Daeradus can't understand the physics-defying attack Nor is using. Nor continues his chaotic
21:02attack, and Daeradus wonders who he is. Nor once again ends up near Daeradus, and Daeradus realizes
21:08that he was the guy that was just standing next to Lin. He can't understand how Nor covered so
21:13much distance, and he wonders why Nor is now ignoring everyone just to stare at him. He fears
21:19that Nor knows that he is the emperor, and he freaks out when Nor takes a hold of him. The
21:24panicked Daeradus reminds himself that his armor and sword are made of crazy powerful materials,
21:29so he decides to fight back. Nor flies right past him, so he assumes that Nor ran away,
21:34but he just ends up getting knocked around by the monokanons. Nor keeps flying around like a maniac,
21:39and reality sets in for Daeradus. His giant army is being destroyed, and so are his shields that
21:45were supposed to be able to defend against a dragon's breath. They're all worthless now,
21:49so Daeradus demands to know who Nor is. Just then, Daeradus recognizes Klei's black blade
21:55that used to be behind his throne. Daeradus is horrified because it's the one dungeon relic that
22:00he wants above all others. What's most shocking is that this sword is made from an unknown metal,
22:06and it's supposed to be too heavy for any normal human to carry. Even the freakishly strong king
22:11Klei needed to use two hands to wield it. There's no way this random guy could surpass Klei,
22:17but Nor easily tosses the sword over his shoulder. Daeradus is really terrified of Nor because he
22:23destroyed the entire army all alone, and now he's just keeping him alive to torture him.
22:28Daeradus is so scared that he wets himself, and he takes off running. He hops on his horse,
22:33and gets away from Nor as fast as possible. A look back to just moments ago shows what
22:38happened from Nor's perspective. Nor managed to stop himself from getting launched,
22:42and he wondered who the old guy was. Even his horses were covered in gold armor,
22:47and the old guy just had a shocked look on his face. Nor didn't have much time to think though,
22:52because the soldier's weapons were coming back down from the sky. The soldiers would attack him
22:56all at once if they were able to recover their weapons, so Nor kept parrying them into the sky.
23:02Nor did the same to the giant shields, and he bumped into the old man again. Nor had to keep
23:07parrying the weapons, but he also had to remind himself to stop and take a breath before passing
23:12out. Nor didn't see a reason to parry the old guy's sword, because he clearly wasn't a threat.
23:18Instead, Nor just kept parrying through the army. However, Nor couldn't help but think that the old
23:23man was going to get hurt if he stayed on the battlefield. The old man wondered why Nor wasn't
23:28ending his life, but Nor wanted to show him that this wasn't his intention. Nor was too exhausted
23:33to just tell him, so he smiled at the old man instead. This backfired though, as his awkward
23:39smile was terrifying, and the old man just ran away. Just then, Nor feels a great deal of pain,
23:45and he realizes that he must have hit his limit. Unfortunately, his low heal ability can't heal
23:50exhaustion this bad. Nor coughs up blood as he is surrounded, and he just hopes that his friends were
23:56able to escape safely. Just then, as Nor prepares for death, he is shocked to hear that someone is
24:01using a familiar attack. The soldiers around him are wrecked, but Nor doesn't remember Gilbert's
24:07name, and he mispronounces it several times. Gilbert is surprised though to see how much
24:12damage Nor did all on his own. Nor is amazed when he sees the instructor he met a long time ago,
24:17named Sig. Sig doesn't recognize him, but he thanks Nor for taking on the army. Sig and Gilbert
24:23go to clean up the rest of the army, and Nor is stunned by how powerful his old instructor is.
24:29This is the power of the swordsmen that Nor has always dreamed of being. The other heroes watch
24:34as well, but they are disappointed because they ask Sig not to take too many lives. It can't be
24:40helped though, because they are heavily outnumbered. These two decide that it's time for them to shine
24:45now, so they also begin attacking. The other heroes arrive to take control of the battle,
24:50so the old wizard shows his immense control over earth magic. The white haired dude does things a
24:55bit differently, as he tells his group to heal the surviving enemies so they can have the chance to
25:01turn over a new leaf. Nor realizes that these were all his old instructors, and he can't believe that
25:06he was able to see them again. Lin heals Nor, and he is fine to move around again, but he's now
25:12hungry. The battle is over, and an interrogation has revealed that the enemy has no troops left.
25:19They threw everything they had at them, including a dragon, and they lost. The emperor was so
25:24confident in his army that he showed up on the battlefield himself, but he had to run away.
25:29Nor realizes that they're talking about the old geezer, and the wizard is shocked to hear that
25:34Nor met the emperor. Nor describes the armor he and his horses wore, so the wizard determines that
25:39it must have been orichalcum armor. It's very high grade equipment that can support an extensive
25:44array of skills. This explains why he was able to get away. If the emperor escapes to the border,
25:51then they won't be able to go after him. This is because there is a fortress there,
25:55as well as a bridge that spans a ravine. The wizard determines that there's no way to catch
26:00up to the emperor, and he wishes that they all could fly. Just then, the wizard is shocked when
26:05Nor says that there might be a way. However, this depends on if the being in his plan is still alive.
26:12Nor's idea turned out to be using the dragon. The wizard is stunned because he never thought
26:17that he would be able to see an ancient and legendary beast up close. It's an incredible
26:22sight, and this makes living to an old age worth it for the wizard. Sane feels the same way as this
26:28is the first time he has ever been tasked with healing such an enormous dragon. Sane gets to work
26:34and uses healing magic on the giant beast. Sane remembers Nor and is amazed to see how much he
26:40has grown. The wizard didn't recognize him, but Sane knew right away. Nor is glad to see that the
26:45wizard is still alive and well, but the wizard is insulted because he plans to live for at least
26:51another 100 years. Nor thinks that the old wizard is funnier than ever, but the geezer wasn't joking.
26:57He doesn't think that trying to ride on the dragon's back is a good idea, but Nor explains
27:02that they will be okay because they have Rolo on their side. The wizard is glad to hear it,
27:07but he's horrified when Rolo says that he has no confidence in his ability at all.
27:12Just then, the dragon begins to wake up, and the wizard begins to panic. Everyone expresses their
27:17confidence in Rolo, but Nor can tell that the dragon is angry. Rolo is shocked that Nor was
27:22able to sense this, so Nor explains that he learned a lot from living in the mountains for
27:27a really long time. The dragon desperately wants revenge, and it wants Rolo to order it to get
27:33some. The wizard is amazed that Rolo has such control over the dragon because it's waiting for
27:38his orders. Nor compliments Rolo as well, but Rolo begins to explain that it's actually listening to
27:44Nor. Unfortunately, he's interrupted by the dragon's impatience. The dragon wants to go now,
27:51so Nor tells everyone to get ready to ride it. Nor is shocked to see that the girls want to go,
27:56so they explain that Rolo has to go to control the dragon, and they need to protect him. Nor
28:01didn't think they would want him to go as well, but they do, and he thinks about how he is terrified
28:07of heights. It was his idea though, so he doesn't really have a choice. Sane will go as well,
28:13and so will Karu. Nor is shocked to remember this guy, who was his thief class instructor.
28:19He will be in charge of concealing their presence. Just then, the king and Reign arrive
28:23to declare that Reign will be going as well. Lin is glad to see her family, and Enis is prepared
28:28to be punished for coming back to the capital instead of escaping with the princess. Reign
28:34decides not to punish her, and instead he takes responsibility for giving such an idiotic order.
28:40The king leaves Reign to issue orders from here on out, and he apologizes to Nor for asking so
28:45much of him. He needs Nor's help one last time though, and asks him to protect his children. Nor
28:51assures him that he will bring them back safely, and Rolo instructs the dragon to fly. The heroes
28:57wonder if it was really okay to just let Nor leave without revealing the truth to him. Sig explains
29:02that it's for the best, because in reality, Nor has never needed them to play a role in his life.
29:08Them thinking that they would be able to raise Nor themselves, were just based on their egos.
29:13This is because Nor was like a hero straight out of the legends. Sig now realizes that he was just
29:19being lazy these past few years. He stopped fighting to teach others, but after seeing
29:24what Nor just did, he has decided to retrain himself from scratch. Sig is inspired by Nor's
29:30abilities, so he refuses to just let his own sword rust away. The heroes are pretty happy,
29:36because they were able to witness the spectacle that Nor just performed. On the dragon, everyone
29:42looks for the emperor, but there are no signs of him. He's much faster than they expected,
29:47so they begin to wonder if he already made it back to the empire. They approach a steel bridge,
29:52which marks the beginning of the empire controlled territory. They can't just recklessly run in,
29:58so they consider turning back. The decision is left to rain, but Lin notices something moving,
30:04at an extremely fast speed. It's the emperor, but he's nearing the imperial capital's defenses.
30:10It's clear that they won't make it back in one piece if they cross into enemy territory. They
30:15are concealed for now, but if they get too close, then the enemy will detect that magic is being
30:20used. Letting the emperor escape is not an option though, because the empire has access to powerful
30:26magic tools, and they are very dangerous. They cannot give them the time to rebuild their army.
30:32Just then, Ina surprisingly asks for permission to annihilate the entire area. They are running
30:37out of time, so she wants to destroy the enemy's defenses. Lin is shocked, because normally,
30:44Ines would never suggest exerting her own power. However, this time, Ines is just as angry as the
30:50rest of them. The royal capital she vowed to risk her life to protect, was just trampled on.
30:55Rain gives Ines the permission she was looking for, and he tells her not to hold back. Ines
31:01absolutely destroys the wall, and follows up by attacking the base. Their escape route is not
31:06secured, but the job isn't done. Their actions here will determine the course of the war,
31:12so they will continue to pursue the emperor. Rain plans to follow him, even if it takes
31:17them to the imperial capital, and Lin says that she is ready. Everyone here wields power far
31:23outside the norm, and they're the strongest people imaginable. Above them all though,
31:28is her instructor Nohr, and she can't even begin to comprehend his greatness.
31:32Lin admires him greatly, but we see that he's suffering pretty badly from being so high up.
31:38Lin is ready, and declares that they will show the empire what happens
31:42when they mess with the wrong people. The emperor makes it back to the empire,
31:47and everyone wonders what happened. He is furious, and he blames his army for not being competent
31:52enough to use the advanced weaponry he gave them. Just then, everyone is terrified, as they realize
31:58that the dragon of calamity is headed right for them. The king was sure that the dragon was dead,
32:04and resurrecting a legendary beast like that is impossible. However, he realizes that they have
32:09Sane on their side. The man who is capable of using healing magic far beyond anyone else.
32:15Reviving the beast is one thing, but getting it to do what they say is also incredible.
32:20This makes him realize that they must have a demon folk with them,
32:24so he desperately searches for his monster tamer. The guy's name is Lude, but he had to go to another
32:30nation on business. The king loses his mind, as he assumes that Lude betrayed him, and he commands
32:36his general to come up with a plan to fix the situation. The king then startles everyone,
32:40when he tells them to prepare his ultimate weapon, called Karanis. This weapon is still only in the
32:46testing phase, and they have no way to aim it properly. Its power output also remains too high,
32:52so the king's aides beg him to change his mind. It's too dangerous to use in the city,
32:56but the king points out the calamity is approaching them as they speak.
33:00The aides continue to plead with him, so the king makes it clear that his decision
33:05is not up for debate. The weapon is prepared, and it takes all the energy from the city to power up.
33:10This is the greatest technological wonder in the empire, and Daeradus issues the order for the
33:16weapon to be fired. The emperor watches, as the greatest attack in human history begins,
33:21but Nor just parries it. Everyone is confused to see the ray just be deflected away,
33:26but they have an even bigger problem. The king ordered them to use trace mana to aim the weapon,
33:31but that means that the empire's mana furnaces had become the target of the shot they fired.
33:36The king's aides start abandoning him one by one, and he is hopeless, as he can only watch his
33:41empire be destroyed. A look back to just before the attack, shows that Nor woke up just as they
33:47arrived at the empire. This was just in time for him to see the shot being fired, and he is
33:52prepared to try and block it. There was no need however, as Nor leaped forward and parried the
33:57gigantic beam away. Everyone was left stunned, and Nor went crashing into the emperor's castle.
34:03Meanwhile, the king's general has come up with a solution to the situation.
34:07Unfortunately for Daeradus, the general's plan is to eliminate him. The emperor begs for his life,
34:13but everyone hates him, and they refuse to obey him any longer. The emperor is about to be
34:18eliminated, but Nor comes crashing in. The general assumes that Nor is trying to protect the king,
34:23but Nor actually has no idea what's going on. Nor still doesn't know who this shiny armor wearing
34:28guy is, so he gets him to safety by smashing him into the ground. Everyone thinks Nor is an elite
34:34bodyguard, and they ignore him when he says that there's just a misunderstanding. Nor parries their
34:39attack, but they resort to using a bomb. Nor protects the feeble old man again, and sends
34:44him safely into a wall. Nor realizes that the old guy is their emperor, but he can't understand
34:50why they're ganging up on him. Nor protects Daeradus one more time, but it's clearly causing
34:55the emperor more pain, and the guards wonder if Nor is actually trying to eliminate the emperor
34:59himself. Nor makes a good case by pointing out how old Daeradus is. The emperor will probably
35:05kick the bucket pretty soon on his own, so they should just let nature take its course.
35:09The general explains that they don't have time, because the enemy is attacking them,
35:14and they have the dragon of calamity on their side. He wants to make it clear that they have
35:18no intention of fighting, and the best way to do that is by giving them the emperor's head.
35:23Just then, the others arrive. They say that that won't be necessary, because they would rather the
35:28emperor be alive, as he atones for his crimes. Reyn asks for permission to take care of the rest,
35:34and Nor allows it. Lynn takes Nor to heal his wounds, and Daeradus begs Reyn to spare his life.
35:40Reyn says that he will forgive Daeradus, but he then starts listing off all the victims from the
35:45war Daeradus started. Several people lost their lives in horrific ways, and it was all because
35:50of the devastation that Daeradus unleashed in the city. There are 127 confirmed casualties,
35:56but there are likely even more. Reyn once again agrees to forgive Daeradus, but only if he's
36:01willing to experience the same amount of suffering as everyone he just mentioned.
36:06Afterwards, they will talk about ending the war and finding peace. No one objects except for the
36:11king, who wants to know what Reyn meant by suffering. Things only get worse for him,
36:16as Sane explains what they have planned. Sane promises that he will keep Daeradus alive.
36:22No matter how many limbs they break, and no matter how many times his innards are crushed,
36:27Sane will heal him enough to participate in negotiations. The others describe the torment
36:32even more, so Daeradus wets himself again. They assure Daeradus that they won't be enjoying it,
36:37and they just want him to experience the same pain that he caused their nation.
36:41Reyn says that it's a small price to pay for forgiveness, and he declares that their nation
36:46is very merciful. Nearby, Nor is healed, and he takes a look at all the damage that was caused
36:52by the beam he deflected. Nor feels terrible about it, but Lin explains that only mana furnaces
36:58were destroyed. They have so much mana in them that people can't even be around them.
37:03Reyn arrives to explain that the war is finally over, and both nations will focus on rebuilding.
37:08Nor points out that the war just started, so he wishes they could've talked things out from
37:12the beginning. The emperor will be stepping down, so his grandchild will be taking his place.
37:18The problem is that he's only 10 years old, so guardians will need to be appointed.
37:22These guardians are called the Circuit of Ten, and they're the group that Nor fought earlier.
37:27The group arrives to apologize to Nor for the misunderstanding, but Nor just scolds them for
37:32ganging up on an elderly man. The general reveals that he is ashamed of his actions,
37:37and he thanks Nor for preventing a civil war in the empire. Nor thanks them back because he
37:42thought he was a goner after falling off the dragon's back, but they had a perfectly good
37:46floor for him to fall on. The general is amused by Nor, and they decide to leave things as they
37:52are. However, he does promise to help Nor with anything if he ever needs it. Nor still feels bad
37:58about the damage he did to the city, but the general explains that there have been no reports
38:02of injury. The general points out that his nation was the one that broke the treaty,
38:07and these are just the consequences. Nor offers to help him in any way he can,
38:11but the general thinks he's too kind hearted. The dragon is getting bored,
38:15so our group prepares to leave. The general finally reveals his name to be Randius,
38:20and our group heads home. Nor still has a serious fear of heights, so he tells Rolo to ask the
38:25dragon if it can fly closer to the ground this time. Lin thinks Nor is suffering from the guilt
38:31of damaging a nation, but it's really just his fear of heights. Our group makes it back home
38:36safely, and Rain explains to the king that Nor contributed greatly on the battlefield.
38:41He thinks Nor should be rewarded, but Nor refuses because he doesn't need anything.
38:46The king insists, and Nor realizes that there is something that he would like to ask for.
38:50He wants the king to help Rolo. Rolo is demon folk, and he doesn't have anywhere to live.
38:56Nor wants the king to allow Rolo to live in the capital, so he can live a normal life.
39:01Nor considered allowing Rolo to live with him, but he realized that it would be better for Rolo
39:06if he was looked after by a rich family. The king offered to give Nor a house and
39:10land before, so Nor says that it will be good enough. Nor says that Rolo saved him countless
39:15times, so he owes him his life. Also, the only reason the dragon did what Nor said
39:20was because of Rolo. Rolo tries to clear things up about that, but Nor interrupts him to tell
39:26him to stop being so humble. The king thinks about how this is a big thing to ask for,
39:31because the country considers demon folk to be enemies. Accepting one into his kingdom
39:36will cause big problems. That's all Nor wants though, and he says that any other rewards they
39:41want to give him should be given to the people suffering from the war. The king completely agrees,
39:47and Nor wonders why the king likes to laugh so much. Rolo thinks about all the things he wished
39:51for before meeting Nor. He wanted to be useful to someone, and he wanted to eat a delicious meal
39:57at least once. Nor wakes up from this dream, and Ines explains that he will be living with her for
40:02the time being. Rolo is shocked to hear that the food on the table is for him, and Ines insists
40:08that he start digging in. Rolo is amazed by how soft and delicious the bread is, so he begins to
40:13cry. Rolo starts scarfing the food down like a wild animal, so Ines changes what she said before
40:19and tells him to slow down a bit. She promises that no one will take it from him, so Rolo
40:24smiles for probably the first time ever. Back at the kingdom, Nor is shocked by how much damage
40:29was done during the war. He is glad to see that the guild is still intact, and he stops to look
40:34at a signboard he hasn't seen in a while. A memory shows how surprised the guildmaster was
40:40when Nor returned to the guild after failing to learn a single decent skill. What was most
40:45shocking was how Nor spent a full 3 months at every training school, but still failed to learn
40:51even just one. This was why Nor could not register as an adventurer. It's been 15 years since then,
40:57and Nor never thought that he would be reunited with his instructors from those days.
41:02When he was a kid, Nor begged Cid to let him train to become a swordsman, and he showed him
41:07the permit he got from the guild. Cid warned that the training would be grueling, but Nor was ready.
41:13Nor's first days were really intense, and Cid thought that he would be lucky to last just 3
41:18days. Surprisingly, 10 days passed without Nor giving up, so Cid was impressed by his tenacity.
41:24One day, Nor got hurt, but Cid just scolded him for dropping his sword. Surprisingly, Nor didn't
41:30give up, and Cid was amazed to see that his eyes still had so much vigor, even after getting wrecked.
41:36Nor wanted to know when he would learn a skill, but Cid didn't know. Nor begged him to at least
41:41show him a skill he might be able to learn, so Cid did. Nor was amazed by this incredible skill
41:46that he couldn't even see, and Cid thought about how it was a skill that makes his slash difficult
41:51for even him to follow. It made sense that a kid like Nor couldn't see it with his bare eyes.
41:57Of course, Cid was then shocked when Nor perfectly described every move Cid made during the technique.
42:02This is when Cid realized that if Nor was nurtured properly, he might even be able to surpass him.
42:09However, after two months, Nor was unable to learn a skill aside from parry,
42:14and Cid couldn't understand why. If Nor could learn just one skill that could be considered
42:19useful, then he would be able to advance. Unfortunately, Nor never did. Nor desperately
42:25wanted to keep training, but Cid determined that parry wouldn't be enough for someone to
42:29make it as a swordsman. Nor didn't have the aptitude for swordsmanship, but Cid still
42:34believed that he could become something great, so he recommended that Nor choose a different path.
42:39Dan was surprised when Nor came to him for training, because he looked like a light
42:43breeze could blow him away. Dan explained that a warrior's role was to act as a shield
42:47for their teammates, and Nor was determined to become an adventurer, no matter what.
42:52After two months of training, Dan gave Nor some credit, because he didn't expect a kid
42:57to get as far as he had. One day, Dan had to rescue his trainees from a falling rock,
43:02but he was amazed to see that Nor was the only one tough enough to try and take it head on.
43:06Dan was so impressed that he believed that if Nor just learned a single skill,
43:11he would be able to train Nor into becoming a literal invincible shield. Unfortunately,
43:16after three months of training, Nor was upset to hear that Dan wouldn't allow him to train
43:20with him anymore. Nor improved his physical abilities slightly, but it wouldn't have been
43:25enough to help him survive the rest of the training. Dan acknowledged that Nor was a hard
43:30worker, so he thought Nor deserved to be where his efforts would be rewarded. Nor went to ask
43:35Miana to train him, but she wanted to test him first. She told him to try and hit a stick that
43:40was really far away. Miana assumed that he would fail, and she would be able to brush off his
43:45request. Unfortunately for her, Nor nailed the stick with the rock, so she told him to do it
43:50again. Of course, Nor did it, so she had no other choice but to train him. The problem was that
43:56Miana only allowed Nor to practice hitting targets with stones. She feared that Nor would end up
44:01causing trouble, but he really wanted to practice with a bow. Miana eventually gave in, but Nor
44:07instantly crushed the bow with his bare hands. Nor just kept breaking them, so she let Nor use
44:12hers. She was sure that he wouldn't be able to break hers, but of course he did, so Mian had
44:17him throw stones again. After two months of impressive training, Nor explained that he
44:22learned how to throw stones by hunting weird looking birds in the mountains. Miana was shocked
44:28because she had heard of these notorious birds that are difficult for even a seasoned hunter to
44:32bring down. Nor's accuracy was incredible, so Mian wondered if there was even a point for him
44:37to train with her. After three months, Mian told him to get out of her training, because he lacked
44:43a sense to handle any kind of delicate weaponry. In reality though, she knew that Nor was very
44:48strong, even without a bow. Nor went to ask Karu to train him, but Karu had already heard about Nor
44:54from the other instructors by now, and he accepted Nor right away. Karu had his trainees sneak up on
45:00a target, and he was very impressed by Nor. The next training session had everyone avoid some traps
45:06to get to a treasure chest, but Nor had something else in mind. While the other nerds searched for
45:11the traps, Nor just ran right past them. He used Perry to avoid attacks, and his rock throw to
45:17attack snakes. Nor was incredible, but he completely missed the point of the exercise.
45:22After three months of training, Karu decided that he wouldn't be able to continue training Nor.
45:27Nor lacked situational awareness, and there was no hope of him becoming a spy.
45:32Of course, Karu was impressed by Nor's stamina and tenacity, but just like all the other
45:36instructors, Karu didn't tell Nor. Karu was so impressed that he decided that he would invite
45:42Nor to join the Capital Intelligence Agency, if he ever gave up on becoming an adventurer.
45:48Nor then went to the wizard, and explained that he had failed to train at the other schools.
45:53Two months after training with the wizard, it was found that Nor couldn't use magic,
45:57because there was no mana flowing through him. The only hope to change that, was for Nor to
46:02go inside some mana resonance room. Nor was eager to try it, but the old wizard was hesitant.
46:08He eventually gave in, but told Nor to leave the room immediately, if things started to feel
46:13intense. After a while, the wizard was shocked to learn that Nor hadn't left the room for a really
46:18long time. The room drastically amplifies all of the human senses, so Nor could have lost his life
46:24for staying in too long. The old man was shocked to find that Nor was totally fine, and Nor sent
46:29him away, because he felt like he was close to a breakthrough. However, after a total of three
46:34months, Nor could only conjure up a small flame. The wizard thought that this was incredible,
46:40because it's incredibly rare to see people as incapable of magic as Nor was. However,
46:45all things considered, Nor was still impressive for overcoming his limitations. The wizard thought
46:51that was all, but he was then stunned when Nor conjured another tiny flame. This is called dual
46:57casting, and the wizard was shocked because it took him 50 years to learn how to do it.
47:02Nor was still upset, because he knew that this wouldn't help him become an adventurer,
47:06and the wizard agreed. The wizard was incredibly disappointed, because if Nor's body was just more
47:12attuned to magic, then he could have been known through the land as an unparalleled magician.
47:17Nor went to try his luck with Sane, but Nor never underwent the rite of blessing
47:22when he was a baby. Only those who were selected undergo that rite, and were allowed to train at
47:27Sane's school. Nor vowed not to leave until he was accepted, so Sane just left him outside.
47:33Nor stayed out in the cold for days, and Sane just ignored him. Eventually, Nor collapsed,
47:39but Sane was there to catch him. Sane decided to let Nor train with him, but he could not promise
47:44that Nor would learn a skill. After three months, Sane was shocked to learn that Nor had learned how
47:49to use a spell called Low Heal. Unfortunately, Low Heal is not recognized as a serviceable skill
47:55to become an adventurer. This meant that Nor failed again. Sane was still impressed that
48:00Nor was able to use low level healing magic without a natural blessing. This should not be possible,
48:06and it meant that Nor technically might have been able to wield the power of miracles
48:10without limit. The next day, all the instructors were shocked to learn that Nor had gone missing.
48:15Mian thought that they could just leave him on his own because of how strong he was,
48:20but Sane had other ideas. He was sure that if all the instructors invested their time into
48:25nurturing Nor's gifts, then he would undoubtedly become someone extraordinary. He thought that they
48:30should all train Nor and give him guidance. All the instructors saw his potential as well,
48:36and they all agreed to train him together. Sig wanted to look for Nor himself, but they decided
48:41to work together to find him. Back to the present, the guildmaster is glad to see that Nor returned
48:46to the capital instead of going to Mithra. Nor had a long day, which is why he's all dirty,
48:52but the guildmaster explains that the construction guild boss has been searching for him. He needs
48:57Nor to haul away rubble and help build temporary housing. That's exactly what Nor came to do,
49:02so he goes to help with cleanup. Everyone is glad to have him helping, and Nor thinks about
49:07the crazy day he had. He was sent flying by Lin's spell a bunch of times, and he did a lot of flying.
49:13Nor needs rest, but he decides that he can't until he cleans the whole place. At the castle,
49:18the king explains that the whole Aethiocracy of Mithra was working behind the scenes with
49:23Daeradus in the war. This was evident by how many mana stones Daeradus had in his arsenal.
49:29Things will be dangerous in the future, but the king is confident, because they have many strong
49:34heroes to protect the kingdom. More importantly though, they have Nor on their side. Back with
49:39Nor, Lin arrives to greet him. Luckily for this starving Nor, Lin has brought some food for him,
