Ten suspects have been detained over a gang robbery at a house in Pandamaran, Klang, which left one victim injured and resulted in RM600,000 in losses.

Selangor police chief Comm Datuk Hussein Omar Khan said the suspects - nine men and a woman - were detained in an operation in Mantin, Negri Sembilan and the Klang Valley.

00:18men and one woman aged between 23 and 46, were detained in an operation in Mantin, Negri

00:27Various items believed to be stolen loot were also seized.
00:32Commissioner Hussein revealed that the violent masked gang, armed with machetes, has been
00:36active for over a year and was led by a man with three prior offences on his record.
00:42He said the gang was believed to be active in Selangor, Negri Sembilan and other states
00:47and also responsible for six robberies in South Klang and seven in Negri Sembilan.
00:53He added that the gang has a network that conducts surveillance on a housing area before
00:58carrying out a robbery in the wee hours.
01:01All ten suspects have been remanded for seven days for investigations.
01:06Police are also tracking down other members of the gang still at large.
