00:00Thank you for watching, gratitude, Christmas, rant, and for the little information for those
00:20that worry a little bit, for those mothers that worry a little bit.
00:24First of all, it's like 4pm and this boob is super full.
00:29You can see the implant up here and then the actual breast right here.
00:32I'm going to start off with a pump, at first it kind of hurts, so better yourself ladies,
00:41it's okay.
00:42And I will just talk.
00:45So today, the day that I upload this and it'll be available, a lot of times when you start
00:52pumping one, the other one will start dripping.
00:57You can see that, but for whatever reason, you guys are here, you're here, so thank you
01:06for watching, thank you for existing, thank you for co-creating with me.
01:14Christmas, you better not pout, you better not cry.
01:18I mean, I think it was cute and all at the beginning, but now telling our kids that is
01:25just, it's like telling them not to have feelings.
01:30You better not pout, you better not cry.
01:32Just for somebody to come and bring you presents, it's like, if you're good, you will get presents
01:37and believe it or not, psychologically, that's what is going on with a lot of our society
01:43and stuff these days.
01:45We are scared to show our emotions, we're scared to feel something, we hide it, we go
01:51to bars, you go drink, you go do other stupid shit just so that you don't have to fully
01:56feel it and if you can understand that not fully feeling it, you actually shove it down
02:04into your body in some way, shape, or form into your existence, but when you fully feel
02:11it, you can let go of it and move on.
02:17So I tell my kids that I am bringing them presents and their dad and my grandma or their
02:23grandmas or whatever.
02:25So no Santa here, it is what it is, I still love Christmas in the spirit.
02:32Now the gratitude rant, can you guys see this, this is going very, I'm getting a lot better
02:39at this, but gratitude rant, have you ever stopped to, can you guys, can you see that?
02:54I can see it really well, I don't know if you can.
02:57Have you ever stopped to think, to really take a deep breath and just be aware and be
03:06grateful for the fact that you exist?
03:12You exist, I exist, have you ever heard of the words, I am, just saying I am that I am,
03:20like I am, I am, I exist, I exist, I am, I am, I exist, wow, like it's the all knowing,
03:34it's the, it's, it's just, it's everything, if you're ever having a hard day, you get
03:42mixed up in your thoughts and your mind and things that you have to do, haven't done this
03:46and that, kids, chores, work, blah, money, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, just take a
03:51deep breath and take a second for yourself to remember that you exist, that everything
03:58is just, it just is what it is, nothing has built in meaning to it.
04:04If you're stressed about something, it's a definition that you put behind it, just take
04:08a second, just take a deep breath and acknowledge the fact that you exist and that you are an
04:13amazing, beautiful being and just, yeah, you're amazing, that's it, it's, it's so simple.
04:23So yes, you, I'm talking about you, there's no exceptions, I'm no different from you,
04:29you are no different from me, you exist, I exist, we are, I am, you are.
04:39Anyways, and then another thing I wanna talk about is some mothers worrying about starting
04:45their kids, you know, I'm just doing my best to be an example, or restarting their kids,
04:50older kids to breastfeed again, which is so beautiful, but they're, you don't wanna force
04:56anything, if they don't want it, they don't want it, if they ask for it, then yeah, I mean,
05:00for me it felt better to say yes, like yes, you can have some milk, babe, and it felt way more
05:08like restriction, resistance when I said no to my older son Josiah when he asked me to breastfeed,
05:14I just got out of the shower, but um, and then the kids were away for three, four nights or
05:23something, three days the last time because their dad was making up some time with them,
05:28and I didn't pump too much, like two or three times a day, and you know, other people would be
05:34like, oh my gosh, your milk's gonna dry up, and I'm like, no, it's not, it'll be fine, my son will
05:39come back and we'll breastfeed again, it's, it really is that simple, so do your best to not
05:43worry and just relax and trust yourself and tell yourself that you will have enough milk, so it
05:51really is the energy that you put behind things is what you're going to experience, so just wanted
05:56to share a little bit of that. Merry Christmas, happy holidays, spend it with your family,
06:00take some time to really listen to people and really listen to respond, or listen to, what is
06:08it, listen to understand rather than listening to just respond, right, that's how we make connections
06:14with people, listen to understand them, to really feel what they're feeling and what they're going
06:18through, um, yeah, do that, do that, and I love you guys, bye, Merry Christmas!
