00:00Tammy, do you think they were ganging up against you?
00:12I absolutely feel like they were ganging up.
00:14I mean, there's so many times where they'd roll their eyes or they'd huff and puff.
00:17I asked them several times to keep things positive.
00:19Roxanne, you are a good friend of Ali's, right?
00:20I am a good friend of Ali's, but I'm not.
00:21So do you think you were teaming up against him?
00:23No, absolutely not.
00:24I think there's a difference between friendship and business, Mr. Trump.
00:31Lee, I'm going to start putting something together for them.
00:33Do you want some help?
00:34No, it's alright.
00:35I'm just going to put a salad together for now.
00:38If Tammy comes back, I'm going to be over the moon.
00:41I'll probably just want to grab her, take her into the bedroom and just give her a big hug.
00:46But I think Tammy's probably fighting for her life.
00:49Ali and Roxanne can play very, very dirty,
00:51but they put on the image that they're holier than thou and they're clean,
00:54but they're not.
00:55They lack integrity.
00:56And my heart is telling me that Tammy will come.
00:58My head is telling me that she's going to be fired.
01:02Tammy, your leadership wasn't good and I think your design stunk.
01:06I thought it was terrible.
01:07I'm sorry to hear that.
01:08Tammy, you're fired.
01:19Roxanne and Ali.
01:21Hey.
01:22Welcome back.
01:23Hey, what's up?
01:24How'd it go?
01:25It was brutal.
01:26Brutal?
01:27Yeah.
01:28Roxanne, you want a glass of wine?
01:30I'm genuinely upset right now.
01:31I'm upset that Tammy's been fired up about it.
01:34She was much stronger than Ali and Roxanne.
01:36But I'm also upset that I have to just listen to Ali and Roxanne for another week.
01:40It wasn't...
01:41I mean, I thought we were going to walk in there and it was pretty clear cut.
01:43It wasn't...
01:44I told you it wasn't going to be.
01:45Tammy decided who she was going to try and take down.
01:47Yeah, she definitely went after Roxanne.
01:49And I told you she would.
01:50My thing was that Tammy's beefs were things that she easily could have said about YouTube,
01:55but she decided that I was the person she was attacking.
01:58And she tried to make it about ganging up.
02:01There was no ganging up at all.
02:03Like, even though I knew she was kind of in the wrong,
02:05because she did a lot of huffing and puffing and ignoring,
02:07I tried to mediate.
02:09Like, I totally tried to mediate, y'all.
02:11And so for her to even say that we were...
02:13Because there was no ganging up.
02:15There was so much I didn't say to her.
02:17So much I didn't say.
02:19I'm just really bored.
02:21Bored to tears of the rubbish
02:24that Ali and Roxanne come out with 24-7.
02:27It's just grating me right now.
02:29I'm going to destroy Synergy,
02:31and I'll take great pleasure when I see them walk back into the boardroom.
02:55Really need it.
02:57Listen to me, y'all.
02:59Do things, do things, do things.
03:01Bad things, baby.
03:05Dollar bills, y'all.
03:07Come on, baby.
03:09Need, oh, need.
03:11Make great.
03:13Almighty dollar.
03:16I don't know that money.
03:20Me, a robber, can't use my dime.
03:24Money can drive some people out of their mind.
03:31No good, no good.
03:33Money, money, money, money.
03:37Money.
03:41It's time to play Get Rich with Trump.
03:44America, I want to hear from you.

04:36Hello, Gold Rush?
04:37This is Rona. Hi, good morning.
04:39Good morning, Rona. How are you?
04:41Great.
04:42Good.
04:43Mr. Trump will be meeting with an executive from S.D. Lauder this morning
04:45at the S.D. Lauder corporate headquarters on 5th Avenue,
04:48and you can meet him at the conference room, which is on the 41st floor, at 9 a.m.
04:53Thank you. Bye-bye.
04:54Okay. Bye.
05:16So, Robin, how is the Trump fragrance doing?
05:19It's actually doing very well.
05:21We're celebrating our one-year anniversary,
05:23and we're quite excited about what the next year brings.
05:26Okay, good. Thank you.
05:27Mr. Trump, the teams have arrived.
05:29Thank you, Jen. Bring them in.
05:31And you know, Ivanka and Don, they're going to be working with me on this task.
05:34Absolutely.
05:37Okay, right here, please.
05:39Congratulations on last night. That was tough.
05:42Yes, very tough.
05:43You two are a tough team.
05:44What you did to her was not nice, but it's called business, isn't it?
05:49All right, well, I'm going to just start by saying this is week 13 of your 15-week job interview.
05:55We're standing in the headquarters of a truly great company, S.D. Lauder.
05:59You've all heard of S.D. Lauder.
06:01They do the Donald Trump fragrance, and Robin has been a friend of mine.
06:05She's with S.D. Lauder. She's done an amazing job.
06:08Robin, tell them about the design of the bottle.
06:10Well, sure. You know we wanted this to be in the likeness of Trump Tower,
06:13so we created this beautiful glass sculpture exactly in that form.
06:17And we really love it.
06:18Speaking of design, and life to a certain extent is all about design,
06:22you're going to be working with a great company.
06:25It's a hotel company. It's called Embassy Suites.
06:28It's the largest and, I believe, the first company with the all-suite concept.
06:33Embassy Suites wants to design a new uniform for their employees.
06:38For your next task, you'll create these uniforms for four different departments.
06:42The front desk, the breakfast cook, the suite keeper, and the bellman.
06:47Each team will be given their own fashion designer, seamstresses, models, and hair and makeup artists.
06:54At the end, you're going to give a fashion show to Embassy Suites employees.
07:00The employees will vote on who created the best new line of uniforms.
07:05As you can see, Donald and Ivanka will be my eyes and ears.
07:08The winning team is going to be very happy.
07:10The losing team, I'll see you in the boardroom. Somebody will be fired.
07:14Good luck.
07:26I think I want to run some focus groups with their employees, but it has to be in keeping with the hotel.
07:31I understand that, but you've got to remember, we're not being judged by executives this task.
07:35We're being judged by Embassy Suites employees, just like you and me.
07:38I'm project manager again. It's my fourth time being project manager.
07:40If I win this, I go up 3-1. If I lose, there's nothing hot about that.
07:443-1, that's legit.
07:47Seriously, can you imagine being stuck with the aesthetic creativity of Ali or Roxanne?
07:51They'd be bloody awful.
07:52Roxanne this morning looked like a fruit sundae.
07:55She was wearing this ridiculous pink jacket and cream trousers, the kind of thing a grandmother might wear at some kind of wedding.
08:00She just hasn't got confidence in her, you know, putting together clothing.
08:03And we're too stylish, man. Let's not forget that.
08:05I know, I know. I never thought I would actually be proud to be referred to as metrosexual.
08:08Metrosexual, I don't even know what the hell metrosexual is.
08:11Metrosexual is not a homosexual, but not a heterosexual. I guess somewhere in between.
08:14Metrosexual is Sean. That's the best way to define it.
08:17I like it like that. That's what I'm talking about, baby. That's what I'm talking about!
08:22Good afternoon, Sean.
08:24Sean, pleased to meet you.
08:25David, great to have you.
08:26Pleased to meet you, David. How do you do?
08:27Hi, I'm Lee.
08:28We shot off down to Everstreet Suites Hotels, met up with the executives, John and David,
08:33because we wanted to make sure that we got a good understanding of the branding of Everstreet Suites
08:38and what the whole vision was, their values for the hotel,
08:41and how we wanted to reflect that possibly in the uniforms which we're about to make.
08:45Embassy Suites stands for high quality. It's upscale, but it's informal.
08:49It's very polished, but Embassy Suites is fun.
08:51You know, you'd like to see something obviously different, I'd imagine.
08:53I would bring that up with a team member.
08:54Right.
08:55Really, at the end of the day, they're the ones that are going to have to wear these uniforms.
08:57They have to be crisp and stylish and show some flair, but they've got to be practical.
09:02Crisp, stylish, show some flair.
09:04And functional.
09:05And functional.
09:06And functional.
09:07And functional.
09:08And functional.
09:09And functional.
09:10And functional.
09:11And functional.
09:12And functional.
09:14And functional.
09:15I'd get as much input from the team members as possible because, at the end of the day,
09:19they're going to know that they're going to have to wear these uniforms.
09:21Just by the fact that the Embassy Suites employees are voting, I know right off the bat,
09:25let's just go ask the Embassy Suites employees what they want and let's give it to them.
09:29What's your job?
09:32What kind of uniform would you want?
09:33If it could vary as the weather varies.
09:35Functionality!
09:36Is it functional?
09:37Yeah.
09:38What about like the something on the top, you know what I mean?
09:40We'll make this waterproof, we'll add the lapels on, we'll make this a little shorter.
09:46You want an extra inner lining so that you can maybe zip in, zip out?
09:49Inner lining.
09:50You liking that?
09:51You feeling that, Frankie?
09:52Jet, you feeling that?
09:53Jet.
09:54Alright, awesome.
09:55You like the color, you like the cut of it, you like the design, you like the fabric.
09:58Oh, fabric, maybe fabric.
10:00After speaking to all the employees, they just don't want a huge change.
10:04The Embassy Suites employees like what they have to a certain extent, but they want key
10:08things changed.
10:10That's the best revelation we can come to in this task.
10:12No negro, maybe two carats, maybe blue buttons, blue shirt.
10:17Ladies, come in here.
10:19Oh, girls, I love you guys.
10:21Okay, we love you.
10:22Give me a hug.
10:25We'll make it better for you.
10:26Thank you, sir.
10:27Come talk to us.
10:32So the balance of having that kind of style and panache, if you will, with functionality
10:36I think is going to be key.
10:37Well, good luck.
10:38Alright, thank you so much.
10:39We found out from the executives that they want the uniforms to have a lot of personality,
10:44they want them to be unique, and at the same time, functional.
10:48We're not simply tweaking their current uniforms.
10:51I think we'd be missing the mark if that's all we were doing.
10:53It's really important for Roxanne and I to change the uniform from the ground up.
10:58Well, we're looking for something that pops, that's unique, that when someone walks up
11:02to the front desk, they say, this is Embassy Suites.
11:05I mean, something that really stands out.
11:07Would you prefer a pant that flares or a skirt like you're wearing now?
11:10These are the pants.
11:11Oh, yeah.
11:12You do have a lot of pleats.
11:13So that's very old-fashioned.
11:14Well, it's not a flattering line.
11:15And you have the pleats, it makes you stick out.
11:16Oh.
11:17So you know we're going to be helping redesign these uniforms, which we think you look great
11:18in, by the way.
11:19Have you ever heard of culottes?
11:20So they're like, it kind of looks like a skirt, but it's really like a pant?
11:21A wide-leg, like, pant that looks like a skirt?
11:22You know what culottes are?
11:23A culotte skirt is kind of like...
11:24It looks kind of like a skirt, but it's really like a pant.
11:25It's a wide-legged, like, pant that looks like a skirt.
11:26Uh-huh.
11:27I think that Roxanne and I have an advantage over the men right now, because we're women,
11:28and maybe we're more in touch with the design of clothing.
11:29For instance, with the suitekeepers, there's no way that the men came up with a culotte
11:30idea.
11:31I truly believe that Sean and Lee are going to hit the jackpot.
11:32They're going to hit the jackpot.
11:33They're going to hit the jackpot.
11:34They're going to hit the jackpot.
11:35They're going to hit the jackpot.
11:36They're going to hit the jackpot.
11:37They're going to hit the jackpot.
11:38They're going to hit the jackpot.
11:39They're going to hit the jackpot.
11:40They're going to hit the jackpot.
11:41They're going to hit the jackpot.
11:42They're going to hit the jackpot.
11:43They're going to hit the jackpot.
11:45going to hit the jackpot.
11:46They're going to hit the jackpot.
11:47They're going to hit the jackpot.
11:48They're going to hit the jackpot.
11:49They're going to hit the jackpot.
11:50They're going to hit the jackpot.
11:51They're going to hit the jackpot.
11:52They're going to hit the jackpot.
11:53They're going to hit the jackpot.
11:54They're going to hit the jackpot.
11:55They're going to hit the jackpot.
11:56They're going to hit the jackpot.
11:57They're going to hit the jackpot.
11:58They're going to hit the jackpot.
11:59They're going to hit the jackpot.
12:00They're going to hit the jackpot.
12:01They're going to hit the jackpot.
12:02They're going to hit the jackpot.
12:03They're going to hit the jackpot.
12:04They're going to hit the jackpot.
12:06Hi, Ivanka.
12:07How are you?
12:08How's it going with the interviews?
12:09It's going really well.
12:10Great.
12:11Have you chosen a project manager?
12:12No, we actually haven't even had a second
12:13to sit down and discuss it.
12:14Well, why don't you guys decide right now?
12:15I mean, which one of you?
12:16I like to step up as project manager,
12:18so I have a couple of wins under my belt.
12:20I'm going to be project manager for this task.
12:22I'd really like to have
12:23at least two wins under my belt
12:25before we go into the final days
12:27of this job interview process.
12:29But when it's Roxanne and it's me,
12:31it's just the two of us,
12:32so we're both going to take on
12:33the same amount of responsibility.
12:34At the point where it's two of us,
12:36it's kind of like we're co-PMs.
12:39I agree.
12:44You still have a chance at $10,000.
12:47Who do you think should get fired tonight?
12:50Grab your cell phone and send a message
12:52to 622-88 with the letter of your choice.
12:56You could be tonight's $10,000 winner.
12:59Vote now.
13:04It's always great to have friendship in business,
13:06but you can't let the friendships hurt your goals.
13:09You can't let the friendships hurt your business.
13:12I owed billions and billions of dollars,
13:14and I had so many friends that were so happy.
13:17They were all happy.
13:18They're my friends, but they were happy.
13:20It's really wonderful to have good friends in business,
13:23but usually it doesn't work out.
13:25And I fought like hell,
13:26and I just beat the crap out of them with my success.
13:34MUSIC
13:41Hi. I'm Lee. Nice to meet you.
13:43How do you do?
13:45We've got a lot to do in two hours, I think.
13:48So after speaking to as many employees
13:50at Embassy Suites as possible,
13:52we shot off to Lafayette 148,
13:54the studio where we met Edward, our designer.
13:58Housekeeping is an all-in-one type dress thing.
14:01Something along these lines,
14:02like traditional kind of,
14:03this is going to be a different color,
14:05the lapels are going to be a different color,
14:07so maybe have a light blue here.
14:09That's pretty good.
14:10Let's go to the chefs.
14:12Okay, so we want to start off
14:14with a traditional breakfast chef's jacket.
14:16Okay.
14:17We want ventilation,
14:18like these little, you know,
14:19like tiny little holes with rivets.
14:21Okay, right.
14:22We don't want it to be stuffy.
14:23I think our designs are solid.
14:25They're contemporary.
14:26They're not anything too flashy.
14:28We're not going for anything too out of the box.
14:31These people need to wear them to work every single day.
14:33And obviously, they've got to have a slit
14:35in the inside lining so they can put the pants.
14:37My concern is,
14:38the girls come up with something so innovative,
14:40it knocks the socks off of the employees.
14:42Perhaps the employees want something flashy,
14:45they just don't know it.
14:56Hi, Mark.
14:57It's Allie and Roxanne.
14:58Hey.
14:59Nice to meet you.
15:00I'm Allie.
15:01Nice to meet you, Allie.
15:02Hey, Roxanne.
15:03We spoke on the phone.
15:04Yes, we did.
15:05Mark Bauer is our design consultant
15:06and one of the hottest fashion designers out there.
15:08Mark Bauer designs clothing for A-list celebrities,
15:10including Melania.
15:12I saw a picture of them together.
15:14Mark.
15:15We want to be cutting edge.
15:17You want a high fashion approach to this.
15:19High fashion approach.
15:20Now, who is this person?
15:21That would be the suite keeper,
15:22which is like a housekeeper.
15:23So I thought, what about a culotte?
15:25Is that doable?
15:26Yep.
15:27Let's just do rough.
15:28That's awesome.
15:29Some of the major points that we learned
15:31from the MC Suites employees
15:32is that they wanted to brighten things up
15:35just for style as well as functionality.
15:37But it's probably more important
15:39they be stylish than functional
15:40because their current uniforms were outdated and frumpy.
15:44And so we knew we were really going to make these stylish.
15:47So what's the next one that you're sure on?
15:49It's a woman, and she's at the front desk.
15:52All right.
15:53What is she wearing on the bottom?
15:54We should go with a skirt.
15:56Shape of skirt?
15:57We could just do a straight skirt.
15:59Allie is very opinionated,
16:00and Allie really wanted the front desk person
16:03to be in a skirt.
16:04That, like, got me because I knew
16:07that the women who were at the front desk
16:10really wanted some nice pants.
16:12High five, high five, high five.
16:13All right.
16:14That's awesome.
16:25Okay, so we're going to buy lots and lots of fabric
16:27because we want to be very quick.
16:29It's a tight time frame.
16:30First off, we'd like to purchase navy blue pinstripe.
16:34What fabric?
16:35Cotton.
16:36We need body.
16:37It needs to be stiff.
16:38Let's go with this, then.
16:39This is our baby.
16:40That's what I'm talking about.
16:44So that one I like.
16:45That's very nice.
16:46No, no, no.
16:48Sean was awesome.
16:49It was like he's been doing it for years.
16:50I mean, he was really good at it.
16:51I really enjoyed working on this task with Sean.
16:53The last task I enjoyed working with him.
16:55You might like that, Sean.
16:56Okay, let's have a look at it.
16:57Sean and I have, like, a really good duo going on right now.
16:59We have really high energy.
17:00We bounce off each other really well.
17:02We like to move fast and have a good time,
17:04but at the same time get work done.
17:06This is gorgeous, huh, Sean?
17:08If you had a jacket, it's pretty nice.
17:10Okay, go for it.
17:11Let's go for this.
17:22Okay.
17:24I'd like a smaller...
17:25You know what, Roxanne, I want a smaller cuff here.
17:33Let me explain this to you.
17:34This will disappear.
17:36So your cuff is actually that wide.
17:38This is the seam allowance.
17:39This gets caught in the lining.
17:41I would love for this not to stick out so much.
17:43It's too dramatic for me,
17:44and I'd love if you could change that for me.
17:46It'd be great.
17:47Okay, we'll try.
17:48Roxanne, you don't think we should get rid of
17:49any of this extra hooking out?
17:51No, I don't have a problem with it.
17:53Is that going to be a hidden zipper?
17:55We'll hide as much as we can.
17:56I just want to make sure it's not going to look like that,
17:58because that I would take apart and put...
18:00This is not done yet.
18:01That's what it's going to look like
18:02when it's all finished.
18:03Yeah, I really don't like the silver zipper, Sean.
18:06You know what, wait a minute.
18:07This wasn't the fabric that you were supposed to use on him.
18:10We wanted to use the charmeuse on him, but...
18:13I understood that we were to use this fabric
18:15on the two men's, which we did.
18:17Ali does not have any background in fashion design,
18:20so, see, Ali, being rude to a design expert
18:23is like telling Steven Spielberg how to direct.
18:26I mean, it's just, you don't do it.
18:27This is a waste of time. We have a lot to do.
18:30Ooh.
18:31I definitely think that the way that Ali dealt with Mark
18:34would be an embarrassment to the Trump Organization.
18:37Thank you, Michael.
18:39Michael?
18:40No, I don't know why I just said that.
18:42Thank you, Mark.
18:47Who should go home tonight?
18:49Here's how America is voting so far.
18:52There's still time.
18:53Send a text to 62288 with the letter of your choice.
18:58You may win $10,000.
19:01Good luck.
19:10So, first of all, you come down, you take your scarf off,
19:13you stick it in the pouch, you undo your button,
19:16and you walk down to the front,
19:17you do practically the same thing again,
19:19but you take the scarf out in reverse.
19:22And then you're off home.
19:23All right, darling? All right, guys.
19:25Let's try the finale one more time.
19:27I was kind of envisioning since she's kind of like
19:29chambermaid, more of a bun on the top of her head.
19:32Oh, sure.
19:33I'm confident we're going to win.
19:34We made the uniforms more stylish.
19:36We made them more now, more trendy.
19:38It's OK for her to look a little sexy,
19:40and you know what I'm saying?
19:41I really believe that you got to take risks,
19:43you got to take chances, you got to be flexible,
19:45and I really think that's what Ellie and I have done.
19:47Oh, wow.
19:51I think they look awesome.
19:52They look amazing.
19:53Yeah.
20:04Good afternoon, Embassy Suite team members.
20:07How are you?
20:10Good afternoon, Embassy Suite New York City.
20:14I know everybody's feeling good.
20:17We are going to have a fashion show here today,
20:20and it's going to be a really special fashion show.
20:23You're going to get to vote on the slate of uniforms
20:26that you think best represents Embassy Suites Hotels
20:29and best represents you.
20:31Why don't we get started?
20:35First up, we have Gold Rush.
20:38We have our front desk uniform.
20:41This uniform is made of pinstripe fabric
20:43and is in a cashmere wool blend,
20:46accented with an embassy green scarf.
20:51Next up, Synergy.
20:54This wrap jacket has a fitting structure and satin ties.
21:03Next up, the Breakfast Cook uniform.
21:06This uniform has cargo pants with lots of pockets.
21:10It has venting under the arms.
21:12Gold Rush's uniforms look traditional and a bit stuffy.
21:15They weren't that different from what Embassy Suites already has.
21:18Gold Rush was not giving cutting edge.
21:20Gold Rush was playing it safe.
21:22The Synergy version of Breakfast Cook
21:24has a fitted jacket with asymmetrical lines
21:27and rolled up sleeves.
21:29I don't like that.
21:31I see the looks on the cooks.
21:33They're like...
21:34They're looking like they're about to vomit almost.
21:37Their outfit looked like a space age chef.
21:40Next up, the uniform for our Bell staff.
21:44This uniform is made of breathable, waterproof cotton
21:47and has a removable gray fleece lining
21:49for the jacket and the coat to adjust to all the seasons.
21:57This is a twist on a tailored Nero jacket
21:59with cropped sleeves and protruding cuffs.
22:04Oh, my God.
22:07What on earth did Synergy put together?
22:10I would feel completely demasculinised wearing that thing.
22:12I'd feel like an absolute arse.
22:14And I bet you the model felt like a bloody arse.
22:16What were they thinking?
22:18And last but not least, uniform for our suite keepers.
22:25Adjustable buttons on the sleeves,
22:27blue and grey with the Embassy green trimmed scarf.
22:31This is all about comfort.
22:37This Embassy Suites suite keeper uniform has culottes,
22:40a compromise between skirt and pants.
22:47You know what, Synergy?
22:49The cast of Dynasty just called.
22:51They want the shoulder pads back.
22:53My God, it was horrendous.
22:54Absolutely disgusting.
22:55And you know what?
22:56Absolutely patronising to the staff of Embassy Suites.
23:00I'm extremely proud of our uniforms.
23:02The accents, the details, they're impeccable.
23:05The detail in Gold Rush's uniforms, it's tough to find.
23:15This is your last chance to vote.
23:18Who should be fired tonight?
23:21You can win $10,000 just by sending a text message
23:26to 62288 with the letter of your choice.
23:30Good luck.
23:43Well, that was a fun day, right?
23:45Fun couple of days.
23:46Pretty impressive they can come up with that kind of stuff.
23:48I think we have a lot we can run with.
23:50I think our hotels will love it.
23:57There he is.
24:02Hello, folks.
24:03Good evening.
24:04Well, let's get going.
24:17So this is really a contest of men versus women.
24:21I'd like to ask John and David from Embassy Suites,
24:24do you like one product more than another?
24:26I think clearly we have a winner,
24:28and a winner that we could use throughout our system.
24:32So you liked it enough that you think it's going to be used
24:35throughout the great Embassy Suites system?
24:37No question about it.
24:38Well, that's a great compliment to one of your teams.
24:40I mean, I'm going to now find out.
24:42Ivanka, how did Gold Rush do?
24:44Well, the audience, which was composed of Embassy Suites employees,
24:47had the following comments to make on Gold Rush's designs,
24:50and I quote,
24:52Gold Rush looks comfortable to work in.
24:54Gold Rush rocks. The style is fresh and warm.
24:57Uniforms are modern, sophisticated, yet professional.
25:00Gold Rush, 83 employees preferred your designs.
25:03How did Synergy do?
25:05Well, the audience of Embassy Suites employees
25:07had the following to say about Synergy's uniforms.
25:09The material doesn't look comfortable.
25:11Nice designs, wrong color scheme.
25:13Synergy was too edgy and not practical,
25:16and designs, while beautiful on the models,
25:18would not complement all body types.
25:20As a result, the audience of 120 gave Synergy only 37 votes.
25:27Wow.
25:28Wow.
25:29That is a huge difference.
25:31I'm a little surprised.
25:32I thought the women would have had the advantage.
25:34So I congratulate you and Sean.
25:37So whenever I see an Embassy Suite uniform,
25:39I'm going to be thinking about Lee and Sean.
25:41Is that a correct statement?
25:42Absolutely.
25:43And I have to point out that, you know, Sean,
25:45you knew things about fashion and tailoring
25:47that I'd never even heard of.
25:49I know a little something about fashion,
25:50so I don't necessarily know that the women
25:52had an advantage in this task.
25:54I think his metrosexuality paid off.
25:57When we won, I was like, yes!
25:59I was really, really excited.
26:01And I was like, Tammy, baby, that was for you, darling.
26:04Synergy, you just haven't got a clue
26:07when it comes to fashion or style.
26:09You really don't.
26:11Good luck in the boardroom.
26:13Okay.
26:14For your reward, you're going to do something
26:16that I would love to do with you.
26:18This is my all-time favorite reward.
26:21You're going to have dinner with Don and Ivanka
26:25at a great restaurant called Aqua V.
26:28It's very hot, everybody loves it,
26:30and you're going to learn all about me
26:33through dealing with my two ultimate apprentice.
26:36Have a good time, okay?
26:37Thank you, sir.
26:38Learn plenty.
26:40Synergy, as far as you're concerned,
26:42I'll see you in the boardroom.
26:43Somebody will be fired.
26:49Good company.
26:50Absolutely.
26:51Thank you so much for inviting us.
26:53To your success.
26:55To everyone's success here.
26:56I'm so close right now.
26:57I'm going to be one of the final three people left.
27:00We started with 18,
27:01so I could really see myself at that finish line now.
27:04It's an unbelievable feeling.
27:05Were you always aware of how powerful your father was,
27:09like, growing up from a young age?
27:10We didn't know.
27:11We didn't know.
27:12We didn't know.
27:13We didn't know.
27:14We didn't know.
27:15We didn't know.
27:16We didn't know.
27:17We didn't know.
27:18We didn't know.
27:19We didn't know.
27:20We didn't know.
27:21We didn't know.
27:22We didn't know.
27:23We didn't know.
27:24We didn't know.
27:25We didn't know.
27:26We didn't know.
27:27We didn't know.
27:28We didn't know.
27:29We didn't know.
27:30We didn't know.
27:31We didn't know.
27:32We didn't know.
27:33We didn't know.
27:34We didn't know.
27:35We didn't know.
27:36We didn't know.
27:37We didn't know.
27:38We didn't know.
27:39We didn't know.
27:40We didn't know.
27:41We didn't know.
27:42We didn't know.
27:43We didn't know.
27:44We didn't know.
27:45It was nice to get to know Don and Ivanka.
27:47There isn't anything wrong with them.
27:49And you'd expect maybe children growing up in that kind of environment to perhaps have some quirky thing.
27:56Far from it.
27:57They are very, very, very intelligent, very balanced, and have very strong work ethic.
28:01Which other of the rewards have been sort of memorable experience?
28:04And by other, I mean other than ours.
28:06Diamonds.
28:08I still have a diamond at home.
28:09Amazing.
28:10Do you have a significant other that you can give the diamond to?
28:12No.
28:13I'm going to be giving it to Tammy so she can have some earrings.
28:16Sean is very fond of Tammy.
28:17Oh, are you?
28:18Oh.
28:19See, now the good stuff comes in.
28:21So let's hear it.
28:22More romance in the suite.
28:24No, very beautiful girl, very smart, talented, very successful.
28:27I was very fond of Tammy.
28:28I thought she was great.
28:29Yeah, I mean, I was sad to see her go on the last, you know, boardroom.
28:33But no, yeah, I guess, you know, we're going to possibly meet up after all this.
28:37Oh, wow.
28:38Yeah.
28:39Leave the cat out of the bag.
28:40I do have a crush on Tammy.
28:42I think she's bloody gorgeous.
28:43I've just got to try and convince her that I'm gorgeous
28:46and that we need to have lots of apprentice babies.
28:48Are there any other sort of general questions you were curious about in terms of our father?
28:53What is it he tends to look for in potential employees?
28:55I mean, truly, what does he look for?
28:57He looks for solid people, tough people, people who have a lot of integrity.
29:01He doesn't like showboats.
29:03You know, he's always proud of his accomplishments.
29:05He's always the first one to talk about them.
29:07He's excited about them.
29:08And that, you know, he looks for that passion.
29:11But when there's somebody who just speaks for the sake of speaking,
29:14who really doesn't have anything to back up or any substance to back them up.
29:17He likes workers.
29:18You know, a lot of people in our company have gone very far
29:21when they started out perhaps working for him in security or as his driver,
29:24and they say, you know, this guy's really tough, he's aggressive, he's followed me around for a while.
29:27And so you don't have to be the Harvard or Wharton MBA to do well in the company.
29:31There's plenty of guys that just through, you know, a little blood, sweat, and tears
29:33and real hard work have accomplished a lot, and it's really amazing.
29:36Is there anything that people don't know about him that you guys know about him?
29:40He wears a pink bathrobe.
29:43You might have seen it already, but what people don't understand is that he's a real guy.
29:47He's like a blue-collar guy with a, you know, big balance sheet.
29:50He's a normal guy when he goes home, he puts on the TV,
29:53he drinks a big glass of milk and eats a cheeseburger.
29:57Literally almost every day.
29:58He would much rather do that than have a meal like this.
30:00And that's the kind of guy he is.
30:01He's got a great sense of humor.
30:05You guys should have seen that.
30:06He is exactly how he appears in the boardroom.
30:09He's firm, but he cares about you.
30:12And I hope you've gotten that sense from him.
30:14Yes.
30:15That although he will be downright blunt to the point of, I mean, it can be painful.
30:20We've heard it before when we've messed up on a few games.
30:24Some of us more than others.
30:27She's a little girl, so she gets away with a lot more than I perhaps got away with.
30:31We're in the boardroom almost every day.
30:33My father calls me into his office.
30:34We haven't slept with him.
30:40The voting is now closed.
30:43America, here's how you voted.
30:46It looks like you think I should fire Ali tonight.
30:49Keep watching the show to see if I agree with you and to find out who wins the $10,000.
30:57I'm very upset.
30:58I know, I am too.
31:00It just sucks because, I mean, we totally nailed it.
31:05We worked flawlessly together.
31:09You would think a risk that looks so good would pay off.
31:12You would help.
31:13And you can't say they weren't stylish.
31:16I'm sorry.
31:18I'm sorry.
31:20I'm sorry.
31:21I'm sorry.
31:22I'm sorry.
31:23I'm sorry.
31:24I'm sorry.
31:26It's not one thing that I would say is uncomfortable.
31:29What's uncomfortable is this is our last night together.
31:47I've gone through this whole interview process with Ali as, you know, my bosom buddy.
31:53I mean, we've never been against each other.
31:56We've always been supporting each other.
31:59That's just the way it's been.
32:01I'm not going to throw Ali under the bus just to get one step closer to becoming The Apprentice.
32:06I'm not willing to do that.
32:09It's not worth it to me.
32:23Hi, Robin.
32:24Hello, ladies. Please go straight into the boardroom.
32:26Sure.
32:28Thank you, Robin.
32:29Hi.
32:52Ali, what went wrong?
32:53What happened, Ali?
32:55I'm not going to say that anything particularly went wrong.
32:57Roxanne and I are extremely proud of our final product.
33:00You're so proud that you lost, right?
33:02Yeah. It wasn't received the way that we had hoped.
33:04It wasn't as good?
33:05Well, we really wanted to innovate and be stylish, up-to-date.
33:10Actually, when it came down to it, functionality is where you had a problem.
33:14You did a great job implementing an ultimately bad design.
33:17The puffy sleeves, come on.
33:19They were these mushroom sleeves.
33:21If you had a big arm, I mean, that's not going to look good.
33:23As women, I would have expected more from you.
33:25That's a mistake a man would make.
33:26The other major problem I had was with the breakfast cooks.
33:29The khaki. Fundamentally, the reason why chefs are often in white is so you can bleach out stains.
33:34You have them in a khaki color that you can't wash.
33:37I mean, this is a one-time wear.
33:39We felt that as far as the suitekeeper's uniform went,
33:41the culottes, for instance, was a great compromise between the pants and the skirt.
33:45Whose idea was that?
33:47I don't want to say it was either of our ideas.
33:50Roxanne, do you think you would have done better as project manager?
33:53With only 25% of the vote, it might have been pretty easy to do a little bit better.
33:57Do you think you would have won if you were project manager?
34:01There are certain things that I might have been more vocal about changing if I were project manager.
34:06But didn't you speak up?
34:08That surprises me, Mr. Trump.
34:10I did speak up. I wanted to put the front desk person in pants
34:13because the woman we talked to was very adamant about it.
34:16She did not like the pants.
34:18That's interesting that she said that
34:19because Roxanne never brought that up to me.
34:21And when we spoke with the front desk person,
34:23they complained about the poochiness nature of their pants and skirt.
34:26So we redesigned a skirt that we thought was really up to date
34:28with the pleats at the bottom.
34:30We thought we could do more with that.
34:32Who was in charge of design?
34:34We were both in charge of design.
34:36And I have to tell all of you that I was surprised to hear Roxanne say
34:38that if she was project manager, there would have been a different design
34:40because through and through, I would say it's 50-50.
34:44I told you that I thought we should put the front desk person.
34:46All I was saying was that I told you that I thought we should put the front desk person.
34:49I thought we should put the front desk woman in pants.
34:51Do you not remember that?
34:53Is that true, Ellie?
34:55No, I do not remember that, Mr. Trump.
34:57That is true. I said that to you.
34:59We talked about should she be in skirt or should she be in pants?
35:01Any discussion we've had up until this conversation with y'all
35:03has been that it really was 50-50.
35:05You keep saying 50-50, but you're the project manager.
35:07It doesn't always have to be 50-50.
35:09Of course not.
35:11It's great being friends.
35:13You can have a lot of benefit from that.
35:15The problem is you have to establish some authority.
35:17Otherwise, the friendship overrides all else.
35:19You have to keep an eye to eye on everything.
35:21I would say that probably 50% of the design came from Roxanne
35:23and 50% came from me.
35:25Roxanne, do you agree with that?
35:27To an extent.
35:29I do think ultimately most of the vision for the uniforms
35:31was Allie's vision.
35:33So, wouldn't you say I should fire Allie as opposed to you?
35:35Ideally, I would like you to keep us both.
35:37I'm not going to keep you both.
35:39Well, I would have to say you should fire Allie, Mr. Trump.
35:41I think I'm a stronger competitor than Allie.
35:44You don't have much conviction in anything you say.
35:46You keep saying, I think I'm better.
35:47Are you better or are you not?
35:49I am better than Allie because I'm a great mix
35:51between instinct and education.
35:53That's very generic.
35:55Mr. Trump, I don't think she's qualified for this position
35:57and I think I'm perfectly qualified.
35:59Why is she not qualified?
36:01She's, I'm sure, an amazing attorney.
36:03You've said before you wanted to hire her as counsel.
36:05I'd say hire her as counsel.
36:07Hire me as your apprentice.
36:09I have to say that especially on this task,
36:11something that I noticed was that Allie did not have respect
36:13for the experts we were working with.
36:15We were working with Mark Bauer and Allie is so confident
36:17in meeting Mark Bauer and he is obviously an expert
36:19in his field.
36:21You have to respect them and their design house
36:23and she did not do that.
36:25I disagree with that, Mr. Trump.
36:27He mistakenly used the wrong fabric for part of our uniform
36:29and it was too late to change it.
36:31There's a way about going, no, there's a way about it.
36:33I was so nice and apologetic.
36:35No, he was offended.
36:37There's a way about going, if you want something changed,
36:39there's a way about going about it.
36:41I agree with you.
36:43She started fighting with Mark Bauer.
36:45Absolutely not, Mr. Trump.
36:47Dealing with an expert in the field.
36:49So you think she made a mistake in the way she dealt
36:51with your experts?
36:53Absolutely.
36:55You didn't say that before.
36:57Why didn't you say that before?
36:59Because we never got to that.
37:01We were just talking about the designs, Mr. Trump.
37:03Perhaps Roxanne would have just sat back and said nothing.
37:05He used the wrong fabric.
37:07I'm not afraid to stand up for what I want.
37:09No, there's a way to go about it.
37:11All she had to say was, I'm sorry that there was
37:13a miscommunication, Mr. Bauer, or Mark,
37:15but is there a way to spend time fixing it?
37:17You are on task.
37:19If you asked everyone that was from the original Synergy team,
37:21Roxanne has a harder time getting along with
37:23the project managers.
37:25You saw last week with Tammy.
37:27And you know what was happening with Tammy?
37:29That was Tammy attacking my character.
37:31She is more difficult to work with than me.
37:33I am a chameleon.
37:35For different project managers, I can adapt my style.
37:37No, Ali is very high maintenance, Mr. Trump.
37:39That's what Ali is.
37:41Ali is very demanding.
37:43I'm not high maintenance.
37:45I demand a lot from myself.
37:47when you were a team member.
37:48I lead by example, Mr. Trump.
37:49The thing about it, Mr. Trump, is I am a hard worker,
37:51and I work to the end, and I can work with people,
37:55I adapt, but I'm not going to lie
37:57if I think something is wrong.
37:58If it's not the direction she wants to go in,
38:00she cannot jump the line.
38:01That is not true.
38:01When she was project manager,
38:03when Roxanne was project manager,
38:04and I think she can attest to this,
38:06her two wins, both on Norwegian Cruise Line and Rutgers,
38:09I was instrumental in those two wins.
38:10Mr. Trump, the last time Ally was project manager
38:12on Ellis Island, things would have gone a lot worse
38:15had I not been there to support Ally,
38:17and I think that's true.
38:18She would crack and Rutgers would be awful.
38:19You know what I think this is?
38:21Here are two women that really like each other,
38:25but they lose.
38:26Losing is a terrible, terrible thing.
38:29And because you lost, you're going at each other
38:32like cats and dogs.
38:34And you like each other.
38:35And it all has to do with losing.
38:38Losing is shit, you know that?
38:40It's total shit.
38:41When you lose, your whole world just changes.
38:46You lost and you went at each other.
38:49I really am disappointed that both of you
38:53walk into this room as close friends
38:55and then you start attacking each other.
38:57I'm really disappointed.
38:59In all of the boardrooms that I've had,
39:01I've never seen two people that were closer
39:05than you two people.
39:06I've never seen it.
39:08And then at the end, what do you do?
39:10You attack each other.
39:11Unbelievable.
39:12Roxanne.
39:15Allie.
39:16You're both fired.
39:24Go.
39:25Go.
39:39Are we still friends?
39:41Of course.
39:52I hated seeing that.
39:54I hated doing it.
39:55They're really talented.
39:56But I hated seeing what happened
39:58to these two people over a loss.
40:00It showed a complete lack of loyalty.
40:02Okay.
40:26Congratulations to Ryan Bringhurst
40:28from Westboro, Massachusetts.
40:30You are tonight's $10,000 winner.
40:41We wanted Mr. Trump to avoid firing either of us.
40:43You mentioned it.
40:44We had planned to mention it and he wasn't having it.
40:47So there was no way that we could both
40:50come out of the boardroom without being fired.
40:51At that point, you have to start getting
40:54you have to start defending yourself by doing that.
40:57You have to sometimes say some less than positive things
41:01about the other person.
41:02But we didn't do it by attacking each other's character.
41:05So I think we're both proud about the fact
41:07that we can walk out of there with our dignity
41:09and with our integrity.
41:10And with our friendship.
41:11And with our friendship.
41:24Next Monday, what began with 18
41:28is now down to the final two.
41:31One of you will become The Apprentice.
41:33Now, they'll pick their teams
41:36and face the biggest Apprentice task ever.
41:39I can't run a thousand different events.
41:41It's impossible.
41:42It all leads to the live season finale.
41:45For the first time, America will help
41:47choose the final winner.
41:49Only two episodes left.
