For 2025, the NT1100’s styling has been updated and enhanced to deliver both a sharper silhouette and efficient aerodynamic performance around a riding position specifically designed for touring. The aesthetic changes are crowned by a highly sophisticated front signature and dual headlights featuring unique new Daytime Running Lights, complemented by subtly integrated indicators for improved visibility.

Overall performance is significantly improved thanks to changes to the 1,084cc parallel twin engine. New tuning – through intake, combustion and exhaust revisions – produces 7% more low- and mid-range torque, while maintaining maximum power. The engine’s efficiency delivers a range of 400km from the 20L fuel tank.

True to the ‘New Touring’ brief, both comfort and practicality have been increased for 2025. Re-profiled upper and lower wind deflectors work together for better weather protection; a revised, longer front mudguard contributes to the same goal. The adjustable screen can now be operated by the rider with one hand from a seated position, while the larger, redesigned seat offers increased support comfort for long distances. The standard-fit panniers have also been redesigned and their volumes have been increased to accommodate a full-face helmet each.

The operation of the electronic rider aids has now been improved with the inclusion of a six-axis Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) for more precise control of not only the three-level Honda Selectable Torque Control, but also the three-level Wheelie Control, Cornering ABS and Rear Lift Control. It also features in the riding mode management, which has three defaults: ‘Urban’, ‘Rain’ and ‘Tour’. Individual customisation of all parameters is also possible in ‘User’ mode.

The new Showa Electronic Equipment Riding Adjustment (Showa-EERA™) suspension option allows the touring experience to be further enhanced. The advanced Showa-EERA™, available with the standard Showa suspension version, offers real-time optimisation of damping in all driving conditions and the ability to adjust rear spring preload on the fly.

The final touch to enhance comfort is Honda’s proven six-speed Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT). This transmission has been re-engineered to improve low-speed feel and is now linked to the IMU for intuitive gear changes in corners.

The equipment range is as impressive as ever: the 6.5-inch full-colour TFT touchscreen offers customisable displays and offers Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto® smartphone connectivity; cruise control, improved heated grips, ACC and USB charging sockets, self-canceling signals, Emergency Stop Signals (ESS) and a centre stand are also standard.

The NT1100 Electronic Suspension will be available in three new color options:

Pearl Hawkeye Blue
