00:00The results of their senatorial preference survey came out,

00:03the Social Wellness Stations, or SWS, and Pulse Asia.

00:08This is the result of the beginning of the approval of the Certificate of Candidacy for the election of 2025.

00:14Salima Refran has the first news.

00:17In the SWS survey commissioned by the Stratbase Group,

00:25there are 13 names who have a chance to enter MAGIC 12.

00:29These include Congressman Erwin Tulfo,

00:32former Senate President Tito Soto,

00:34Senator Pia Cayetano, former President Rodrigo Duterte,

00:38and Senator Aimee Marcos,

00:40former Senator Panfilo Lacson,

00:41Senator Bong Revilla,

00:43Representative Camille Villar,

00:45Makati Mayor Abigail Binay,

00:47Senator Lito Lapid,

00:48former Senator Manny Pacquiao,

00:50Senator Bato de la Rosa,

00:52and Senator Bong Go.

00:53In the commission survey conducted from September 14 to 23 this year,

00:58a list of the names of politicians, artists, and other personalities was shown.

01:041,500 respondents chose 12 names from the list.

01:09The survey has a margin of error of plus or minus 3%.

01:14Based on the non-commissioned survey of Pulse Asia,

01:17there are also 13 names who have a chance to get one of the 12 Senate seats.

01:22These include Congressman Erwin Tulfo,

01:25former Senate President Tito Soto,

01:29Senator Pia Cayetano,

01:31Senator Bong Go,

01:32former President Rodrigo Duterte,

01:34Makati Mayor Abigail Binay,

01:36Senator Bong Revilla Jr.,

01:38former Senator Ping Lacson,

01:40former Senator Manny Pacquiao,

01:42Senator Aimee Marcos,

01:44Senator Bato de la Rosa,

01:45and Senator Lito Lapid.

01:47The survey was conducted from September 6 to 13, 2024.

01:5212 names were chosen from the list of 74 personalities.

01:59These include former and current Senators and Congressmen,

02:02officials of the government,

02:04local governments,

02:05artists,

02:06and other personalities.

02:08The survey included 2,400 people

02:11and has a margin of error of plus or minus 2%.
