00:00Meanwhile, Kapuso, one person died in Nasugbu, Batangas after he was hit by a tree
00:06in the midst of pouring rain.
00:08In Agoncillo, four relatives were buried.

00:21How is the situation there?
00:23Maris, it was suddenly reported that some people are living near the landslide site
00:28because they did not hear any screaming or crying from their relatives.
00:37The four members of the family were buried alive
00:40after the landslide hit their house on the side of the mountain
00:44in Barangay Subic, Ilaya, Agoncillo, Batangas
00:47in the aftermath of Hurricane Karina and Habagat yesterday morning.
00:51The 28-year-old pregnant woman and three children,
00:54who are 13 and 15 years old, were taken home.
00:57They are now violent.
00:59The child was hit by a bomb.
01:03The land became soft because of the continuous rain.
01:06The continuous rain is like 11 to 12.
01:17According to the barangay, before the disaster happened,
01:19they informed the family that they fled.
01:22Their house is only a few steps away from where the piggery is located.
01:26But they noticed that it is not only on the side of the landslide.

01:32When I opened our GC, I saw that someone is asking for rescue
01:37because there are survivors.
01:40Retrieval operations are still difficult.
01:42It took more than three hours for the bodies to be recovered.
01:46We made a rope and plywood.
01:49We removed their hands and we nailed them.
01:53We were there when the landslide happened,
01:56but we were able to cross the sea.
02:00But in just one night, why did the children flee?
02:05The Agoncillo-LGU promised to help the families of the survivors.
02:10The authorities forced them to flee from their homes
02:13which are only a few steps away from the mountains.
02:15All the vehicles of Nasugbu Magallanes Road in Barangay Bulihan were closed
02:20because the landslide hit a large pile of rocks.
02:24According to the MDRRMO, the rocks and soil fell this Monday.
02:29We coordinated with the DPWH and then we cordoned the area
02:34so that our citizens cannot cross.
02:41The landslide driver was not injured.
02:44Monitoring of the area is ongoing.
02:47Travelers are being asked to use the Ternate-Nasugbu Road and Nasugbu-Tagaytay Highway
02:52as an alternative route.
02:54Because of the heavy rain and wind,
02:56the tree of Akasyangyan fell and the Goto Tender was damaged.
03:01The man was killed.
03:02According to the authorities, this is an old tree.

03:19and they are appealing for help to the authorities.
