What a great lift for balancing out the ends of the Biceps Brachii! Want to make them even more interesting? Don't curl the thumbs around the bar, keep them next to the fingers to open up the Distal(lower) Biceps further. The Proximal(upper) Biceps flex the shoulder as l Press the bar overhead.
