Seated Power Extensions w/24½lb on my Softbell inspired by a modification of the Side Pullover & Press, l went further bending to the side using the stretch of the Lat like a dip on a Push Press to help sling the weight up. This not only stretched the Lats, Teres Major & Triceps, but obliterated the Long Head of the Triceps! Could this also be an aid to the Circus Dumbbell Press in Strongman?? Maaaaaybe. Lotsa good going on here folks. God Bless!
